“These are the best I’ve tried. Lightweight yet durable and SHARP. The edge lasts a long time and sharpe I g services are free, only pay for shipping to NWKW. Pearce Li at St Helena did my recent sharpening and they are like new again! Thx NWKW!!!”

“My wife gave me 2 knives about 17 years ago from the Jackson Hole store. I brought the pair to the Big Sky location a week ago and, even though their sharpener was ‘down’, they still took care of them. I just received them in the mail happy and sharpened beautifully.”

“We have two knives that a friend got us as a gift from new West. These are such great knives and we love the convenience of dropping them in the mail to get sharpened. They always return to us in less than a week, new West has very quick turnaround on sharpening. We have been very satisfied with these knives and their workmanship!”

“We got a 5” chopper for our wedding in 2015 and have loved it daily for 10 years. Last month, it had a tragic fall from the counter and the tip broke off. I reached out and got a speedy response which indicated that New West Knifeworks would do their best to repair it if we sent the knife in. So we did. It came back very quickly a little shorter but a lot sharper and in great condition to use for decades more. I can’t express how much we love these knives and are so pleased with the customer service and repair service too. Thank you so much!”

“I might possibly have too many of their knives - my therapist said it was ok. Some people collect shoes or hand bags. You just happen to collect New West Knifeworks - well everything from them. What can I say...they just feel so good!!! And doesn't hurt they're a good look.”

“From the moment I was graciously gifted a couple different knives from New West, I was hooked on the brand. I'm generally not a review writer but it would be a disservice to the team at New West in Big Sky as well as Corey the owner down in WY/ID. I recieved the knives from Corey, and started using them daily at work before they opened their Big Sky location. Once they did open the location I have recieved nothing but the best customer service from their team. I have used their lifetime sharpening only a few times. As amazing of a perk it is, you simply don't need it as much as you'd think with their knives. One of mine has been used behind busy bars in Big Sky for 5 years. This knife has seen it all. Dave took a very well used and worn down knife and within a week was able to have it back to me as good as new. These knives as well as the company that makes them are a 10/10.”
