“The dress I bought looked nothing like the one that I received. It was another material, sparkles fell off the dress and it did not fit nicely. The colors where different, it was a total scam.”

“During Checkout when I change the tab in my browser, the page goes to home page, it's very annoying, I had to click again to start the checkout from the beginning multiple times. I'm using google chrome. Thank you,”

“? ordered a dress estimated delivery said 18, so after writing a few emails, response was verg slow. I had asked to change address etc etc, no help at all. I dont think your company is really human friendly. I wont be wearing your dress to my sons wedding money down the drain thanks to your poor customer service, money is not everything”

“I'm really disappointed that only people outside of USA are not allowed to return their dresses. I received my dress and the material looks cheap and tacky and the photo doesn't represent the dress I received at all. I wouldn't advise anyone outside the USA to order any dress from this website as you are not able to return it and it's no wonder why! I emailed them to ask if a refund was possible and I didn't hear anything back. Awful dress and I won't wear it at all.”

“It was a pretty dress. The dress didn’t fit. Thanks to the no refund policy I was stuck with it. Never ordering from here again until return policy changes!!”

“Worst side ever, I made a purchase. My dress never arrived. It arrived in a diferente state. I wrote about 10 emails they never answered until I tell them I will put the claim in the bank. I just felt ignored and I had to buy another dress for my event in a hurry.”

“Dress already came in damaged with an unaligned zipper and pulled hems. Unacceptable, will never be ordering a dress from here. Had to frantically find another dress for the event I was attending, which is unfortunate since I loved the new york dress.”
