“Discrimination and pictures r very different tjhan real dress. No help or suggestions to make dress better to wear. I am stuck with $600 dress. Not happy. And finish is bad in a lot of areas”

“I did my measurements and it told me I’d be a size 4. When I got the dress it was to large. I asked if I could exchange it for a size 2 and they said I would be charged shipping to get it exchanged. Not impressed with customer service at all”

“The dress was constructed with Glue and that was very not fair to the clients who are purchasing. I also had to pay a $150 restock fee for something that was i’ll made !!!”

“I received the dress. however, it does not look like the picture. details are shown and fabric/material used is not mentioned. I was extremely dissatisfied, no returns or exchanges available. Never purchasing from newyorkdresses again.”
