“I have placed an order for 2 dresses and was charged the whole amount but after 5 days you informed me that one of the dresses is not available which made us a problem for our event since we didn’t have enough time”

“I ordered 4 dresses on July 20th but after a week on 27th July I received a message of cancellation on a dress because its suddenly out of stock, its now the 15th of August and i still haven’t received a refund, this delay is concerning And the shipping was delayed and i was charged more Very bad communication and the staffs reply wasn’t helpful at all, the staff member (Samantha) very awful experience honestly”

“Worst online purchase I've ever made. I was so excited when my dress arrived, couldn't wait to try on my dress for my niece wedding. However, was so disappointed when I opened the package and saw that the dress was damaged. It had large holes in both the back and sides of it, just couldn't understand how a dress in that condition was sent out to a customer. However, the positive side to this unfortunate experience was the Cutomer Service Rep. was very professional in assisting with processing my return and refund.”

“I bought the dress for my up coming wedding. Followed the instructions about measurements and then ordered. I ordered a Medium, I should have ordered a large or even extra large. I’m 5’3 and small framed. When the dress came , I couldn’t even zip it up all the way. I was horrified. All that money wasted. I can’t return the dress and I didn’t see anything about an exchange. Now it sits in my closet, tags and all.”

“Your customer service wouldn't let me return my dress and provided me only a store credit. I'm surprised no other solution was mentioned maybe like returning the dress for a different one? Or, any other solution, very dissappointed in the service.”
