“I'm not happy with my previous order. First I recieved a wrong order which was missing the dress that I wanted. I was honest and I informed your company that I was shipped 2 identical dresses. I managed to return the extra dress back but I really didn't feel you cared about what I did. Also, one of the dresses that I ordered I didn't like as it wasn't like the picture at all. When I informed your company that I would like a refund, and if I can return it along with the extra dress as a compliment. They refused and now I'm stuck with that $400 dress because it will cost me $100 to ship it back. Truly unhappy about the whole order and was hoping to be treated differently for my honesty but I guess these things don't really matter.”

“BE AWAR: DELIVERY TIME NOT WHAT IT SAYS!!!Needed a dress for my 40th bday n ordered with a delivery of 4 business days. No tracking info ever sent n after 6 business days I got a call from shipping company saying it’s jus lvn CHINA! I need it for the 5th of Oct n not arriving til the 10th. NYD was never able to provide me with shipping information. Beyond annoyed and won’t use again!!!”

“I had to pay a $60 "restocking" fee when I tried to return a $400 dress. For a $100 dress, it would be $15. It must take more people to restock the expensive dresses. I have purchased dresses from several high end companies - better return policies. Will never buy from NYD again.”
