“I very hastily placed my order and wanted to change the size of the dress prior to it being shipped. I called multiple times finally reached a customer service representative who informed me that because the dress was shipping from California and they’re in a different time zone that they won’t be able to reach the warehouse until after 11 so they’d call me back around 2 o’clock, my time. I’m still waiting for the call back. I also called back around 3 and was informed that my item shipped so there’s nothing they can do now. Now I have a $285 dress that’s too big for me and I’m unable to exchange or return and now have to spend even more money to find a new dress. First and last time I’m ordering from this place.”

“Horrible dress. Lots of sequins fell off right out of the box!! Garbage dress. I had to buy another for my daughter at the last minute from a reputable company. Avoid these people at all costs!! They failed us. They will let you down! Spend your money somehwere else.”

“I order 3 dresses and pay for expedited shipping and they came 6 days after my party. Very bad experience... also I call them and they said that it is a final sale.... another bad! They arrive late and they don't want to help me to get a solution to the matter.”

“Both dresses do not fit. I am a size 6 and ordered an 8 but both do not fit and I just noticed there is no return or exchanges and I am stuck with the outfits. Very disappointed.”

“I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the dress I purchased. I couldn't ever imagine wearing such a glitter-filled formal dress inside my house and definitely not in public. The cheaply made dress left glitter all over my bedroom carpet. It would have been extremely embarrassing to wear it to a church function or anywhere! When I inquire about a refund of $200+ dollars, I was told that I could not get a refund, but could get "Store Credit". I thought this is ridiculous and so unfair! By the way, where's my credit? After I use the credit, I will never order again from NewYork Dress. I'm terribly disappointed, to say the least!”
