“Shipping was absolutely on time,however the product itself isn't what I've expected! The sequins seems so cheap on it also the glue used seems to be pasting on the dress when fold.”

“BE WARNED!!! Love the style and the color emerald, however, I feel they did not provide the right measurements. In addition, I wasn't aware returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the item AND they don't offer a refund, instead an exchange or store credit. Reputable companies offer a 30 day exchange or refund. Maybe promoting wrong measurements is a tactic. I will never order from this company again!”

We're so sorry to hear your order did not meet your expectations. Our return policy is stated in two locations on our website, one being at checkout and you must agree in order to place your order. We always recommend getting professionally measured by a seamstress. Our size chart is a guide to assist you in choosing your size but it does also depend on your shape, size and material of the dress which should be taken into consideration when choosing a size. We would be happy to offer your a store credit or exchange and a discount on a future purchase.
