“The dress I ordered come in destroyed box and does not match the description on the website. The dress is too long and it is not possible to adjust it, the material is not of high quality, not is the color. I have several dresses from the same manufacturer and size M fits me on all dresses, except this one. The opening on the thigh is simply too deep and irreparable. This dress does not look like the dress of this brand on the label, I say I have their dresses and they fit me perfectly and did not need to be altered. Return is to hard , but I have to returned because I cannot wear clothes that are not to my size , quality and do not fit me. I don't recommend shopping with this store ! Very difficult to return !”

“I received a dress with visible wear and tear on the zipper. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because the wedding was so close. On the day of the wedding, I wore the dress, but midway there, the zipper broke, forcing me to return home and miss the event. I chose a size 12 for modesty, ensuring the dress wasn't tight. When I contacted New York Dress and provided pictures showing the dress was already worn, they only offered a 50% refund. Given that I can't wear the dress to any occasion and missed the wedding due to its poor quality, I find their customer service and product quality very disappointing.”

We're so sorry to hear your order was not as expected. Due to the dress being worn we are unable to take the dress back and we offered you a 50% refund. If the dress was returned as soon as it was delivered we would of been able to give you a full refund. We're so sorry we could not provide a full refund at this time.
