“The dress is clearly a store sample and has been worn multiple times. The stitches are opening in a few places, threads have been pulled out from other places (non stitch areas, so effectively a whole panel has a lose thread. Moreover, I can see the underarm, the neckline areas worn out with sweat marks. For a dress almost $1000 this is very upsetting because it has made me lose a little faith in NYD and all you guys provide is just store credit for returns.”

“Michelle helped me find my birthday dress, and was sooo helpful! I loved her energy and enthusiasm she made me feel so special. The place was also so cool looking! Definitely will recommend to friends looking for dresses”

“Dress arrived today. It did not fit and I immediately called for a return label. I was told that they don't do returns only store credits. This is rediculous! I will dispute the charge and never buy from this retailer again!”
