“The dress wasn't even close to the color on your site. It was a completely different material than what was portrayed. There was glitter all over it which also wasn't shown online. The threading at the bottom was all shredded when I took it out of the box. Very disappointing to pay over $500 for a beautiful dress and receive something completely different. Had to go buy my daughter a different dress which cost me $600. Of course you don't offer returns/refunds, now I know why. It's because you can't stand by your product. So disappointing ? The only positive I can say is that the shipping was very fast.”
