“This dress arrived in pieces literally in pieces pearls were falling everywhere as I open the box I have white carpet. The dress is navy blue. I took a video of the dress. It’s ridiculous this $1000 dress and it was made literally by a child. New York dresses is trying to tell me that they will not give me my money back although they send me address that was in pieces I had to go and spend twice as much to hurry up and buy another dress for the occasion that I had for the following two days. They are arguing with me that they will not give me my money back although they send me that this fight is not over”

It looks like you spoke to our customer service team and we advised you to send the return back to us and it will be inspected for a refund. We must receive the dress first in order to inspect and refund this to you. An email was sent to you for return instructions. Once again we truly apologize for this inconvenience.
