You are a mail order business and you don’t allow for refunds or exchanges when the dress doesn’t fit? You might think your sale is a reason, but did you ever consider that there are people who still have a hard time with paying even a sale price? I’m dealing with cancer for the 3rd time and running from store to store is impossible. I hoped the dress would fit but it didn’t. I’m hoping to be alive for my daughter’s wedding and you could have made it easy and refunded me or at the least allowed me to return the dress for a credit. But you were cut and dried. No return allowed. Shame on you!

The dress I purchased for $550 arrived crushed, so I'll need to take it to the cleaners to have it pressed.

Have not received my dress although I paid extra for 2 day delivery. It has been 2 days and the dress hasn’t left tve store yet

I stayed home all day to receive this package. I get a text message at 7.15pm to say we tried to deliver but you were not home. For a big company (FedEx) to lie like that is ridiculous. I have cameras around the house and I have a door bell. Unless I'm deaf or blind I don't think they ever showed up. The complaint line doesn't work, I need a picture of 'where the we missed you' card was placed. As nothing was placed near my door or postbox. My delivery instructions also say no signature required so I find it unbelievable to pay so much money to unreliable delivery companies that new York dresses works with.

The last time I checked, I was supposed to receive all three dresses on the 26th. Now it’s telling me two of the dresses will arrive on the 29th and the 3rd one hasn’t even been shipped out. This is so wrong.

Am sending back the dress you se t .e that was not the dress I order. Look at the dress and tell me if that's the Same. Am so disappointed with NEW DRESS and this is not the first time . May be I should stop buy dress from you.
