All orders ship within 5-7 business days, your order was placed on March 29th at the end of the business day and you requested to cancel on April 5th. Please note we need 5-7 business days to ship orders as stated on our website.

They sent me the wrong dress!!! However beautiful the dresses are not true to size. I weigh 115 and normally wear size 2 to 4. I ordered a 4 and couldn't zip it up. So called to be sure if I returned it I would get a replacement fast. It took longer to get the replacement dress then the original dress. The size 6 fits but it's not the dress I originally bought. My event is in 3 days now! I'm very upset!

We apologize for any confusion during your exchange process. We do not have a record you receiving the wrong dress. Per the information on your order you wanted to exchange because of sizing. Please note that you have to use our size chart in order to determine the correct size based on bust, waist and hips measurements. Each designer has a different size chart located on the dress page. We also requested return tracking so that we can ship your new order but you advised us you didn't have the tracking yet.
