“The listing said easy returns. After receiving the dress which is defective it says exchanges or store credit only. That is not a return. That is an exchange of credit. This is fake advertising. I need a refund.”

“I just received 4 dresses that I ordered a couple of days ago today. All of the dresses were damaged and looks worn out. Some are missing hooks, others have threads hanging from it. Some have holes, and the zippers doesn't work. I am very dissatisfied and I am going to return all for a full refund.”

“Horrible company.. Emailed twice to get RA to return dress and haven’t heard a word back.. Looks like they are trying to run the clock on return policy.. Not happening”
