“I wish if return was an option as I will be more confident while shopping as for now I don’t feel I want to order again because I wasn’t happy with one of my outfit and it was not cheap I find it high risk to shop with you am Not surprised that you are asking about return question while clearly when I was chatting to one of your team they said New York dress doesn’t do return can you please explain ??”

“I must say I’m not very happy. I bought two of the same gowns only to realize I only get store credit. My daughter s wedding is in two weeks and I have no gown. This gown I loved but it has no expansive in the top. I’m a 10 and went up two sizes. I spoke with an amazing employee of your yesterday and she was so kind and helpful. Melanie. I will send the size 14 back now and look for something locally. I will give New Your Dress a shot in the future. Thanks”
