“I must say I’m not very happy. I bought two of the same gowns only to realize I only get store credit. My daughter s wedding is in two weeks and I have no gown. This gown I loved but it has no expansive in the top. I’m a 10 and went up two sizes. I spoke with an amazing employee of your yesterday and she was so kind and helpful. Melanie. I will send the size 14 back now and look for something locally. I will give New Your Dress a shot in the future. Thanks”

“I chose next day delivery but then the email shows ground delivery and I want to change that as my nephew is only staying till Saturday in the hotel in NY and then returning to Cairo. I need an update when it will arrive and I would like you to change the delivery method or help me change it for next day, even if this means more charge.”
