“I was not able to get ahold of customer service. When they tell you on the recording what numbers to press to get ahold of a representative it takes you right back to the recording!!!! Horrible !!!!!”

We're sorry that you were unable to get a hold of us. Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm EST. We are closed on the weekends. It looks like you have spoke to customer service since and they have assisted you.
