“It took a 1month of calling New York Dress and UPS. I had roughly 7 calls, numerous emails to insist with them that my dress was lost by UPS. Finally, yesterday someone from New York Dress off a replacement order for my wedding dress. What didn't customer service offer soomer”

“I had a great, very personalized experience in the store, however toward the end of my appointment I felt my decision on a dress was rushed. Nonetheless, I had a great time in the store, and I am happy with my dress :)”
