TO GOOD TO BE TRUE Ordered a watch from this company on the 1st July estimated delivery was 11 day, 21 day later still no watch the company a joke, will never use again and seems to be some Patten that there taking peoples money and not delivering the goods. Should be reported to the trading standards. Good pricing but I would personally stay away and pay the Extra money and get it delivered 2 to 3 working day be a proper company. Now getting a refund lucky I paid through paypal which I have started a dispute with.

I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews about Nigel O Hara. Just to save time for people who want a quick answer – ‘AVOID NIGEL O HARA AT ALL COSTS’ OREDRED WATCH 17th MAY AND NOW 23rd JULY STILL WAITING WITH NO ACTUAL REASON WHY THE DELAY AS OCCURED. Here is my order of a Hugo Boss watch, purchased at £172.50, the current prices have gone upto £325. Throughout the fiasco I was offered and reminded about getting a refund, but I did not want a refund as the watch went up in price and I was not prepared to fork out £325 for it. In addition other reviews on this site suggest difficulty in actually getting refunded. 17th May - I ordered and paid for a Hugo Boss watch 5th June - Followed up as I had not received the item, being told that a three week delivery timeframe was stated when ordered, although I do not recall seeing this when ordering and it is not on the order confirmation e-mail. I was given a date of between 24th May to 7th June for delivery from customer support. 11th June – Nothing received no E-mails from Nigel O Hara, contacted them, received reply on the 12th with a ‘sorry there has been a delay in your order..’ - Generic /pre written reply which was not any help. I was not contacted by the company to be told this further delay; it was up to me to find out when I contacted them! 12th June – I replied to their e-mail a asked whether they could contact the supplier or give me proof of them ordering the product, to prove it actually is Hugo Boss making the delays. 13th June - Received a generic/pre written reply apologising for delay and stating that they have decided to chase my order up and it is expected in the next week. 24th June – E-mailed regarding an update and asked if the supplier can be contacted to give an actual reason for delay 27th June – Generic reply ‘Apologies’ ‘Sorry for delay..’ – generic response 02nd July – E-mailed asking for another update, bearing in mind nearing two months of original order 03rd July – Was offered a Bulova watch which retailed for £128 at another retailer , I was not going to get mugged so I rejected. 4th July – was told there is no specific arrival time and generic response 11th July - Was told that they will investigate with supplier and gather all the information and contact me. They also mentioned that they were going to be proactive with their response so I do not have to chase up. 23rd July – Still waiting for them to get back to me; the occasion which I purchase the watch for has passed. Throughout the process they also refused to discuss the actual reason which was causing the delay as they said it was not a stock issue, which over two months delay from taking payment is not acceptable. Sounds like they cannot keep customers or suppliers happy. One thing I do give them is that they have a good customer service response time, although you get generic responses anyway that do not help, at least they attempt to reply to my queries. I guess with the amount of complaints they get they probably need this set up to cope with the sheer volume of complaints. I really want the watch and do not want to spend an extra £152.50 buying from another retailer and therefore do not want a refund. Now being 23rd July, I still do not know when I will receive my product which I ordered on the 17th May.......

My boyfriend was looking for an ipad that was a bit too far outside of my price range. After a while of searching, reviews and online stores, I found a suitable alternative from Asus and some more googling and price comapiring led me here. Now he's delighted and my purse is too.

I placed an order for 3 items and received an email saying 1 of the items was out of stock and unavailable. I advised them to just send the other 2 items and refund for the out of stock item. They managed to cancel the whole order by mistake but didn't tell me so I waited weeks before finding out. I then reordered the 2 items on the 15th June and as of today 50% of the order is still missing. I emailed one of the managers who has ignored my last email. My advice would be to pay an extra few pounds and order from a reliable and trustworthy cause. I am contacting my credit card company to assist with this matter.

Swiss watch at a third of the price- priced my watch elsewhere and others were genuinely asking for 3x more. Really. Was skeptical at first but it arrived today with all the manuals (not that it's hard to set a watch, but still needed for warranties etc).

Waited 2 weeks for delivery of TV, they then asked for an extra £80 because the price was wrong on their website. Absolute joke of a company.

I tried to order a camera battery from this lot, the transaction failed during verification. I contacted them 8 times in all, even via their Facebook page. I only ever got a reply via facebook saying they could not deal as it was not customer service. I just discovered they billed my card and never sent the battery. This is theft! Got to get in touch with my card company now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Ordered some perfume 2 weeks ago for my moms anniversary to be told today that the price was marked up wrong and so Iv got to pay another £10! I wanted this perfume for Sunday, but looks like after reading other reviews this is a con they are doing on a regular basis. If asked for a refund but who knows how long that will take

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O'Hara's website may look plausible/professional but believe me you MUST COMPLETELY AVOID this 'company' at all costs. They will take your money and then claim they are ordering the product in 'specially' for you and then as the days and weeks pass give you loads of nonsense about upgrading the priority of your order etc etc. Fact of the matter is they will never tell you anything concrete or give you an actual date. Even when you ask them point blank and get very direct with them they still insist on spewing out a load of meaningless platitudes just to buy more time with your money. In the end I had to request a refund - on several ocassions in fact. Eventually when it seems they finally managed to 'understand' what I wanted I was told it would be done but could take up to another 2 weeks (they could never explain why, despite me asking the question several times). It didn't matter anyway because even after 2 weeks - surprise surprise - no refund was forthcoming, despite my insistence via repeated communications with them. Contact incidentally is only possible via a button on their website sent as a message to their so-called 'customer service' team. I wouldn't even dignify them by saying they are no good at customer service. It doesn't take a genius to work out this is pre-meditated intent on their part to be vague and evasive so as to keep hold of your money for longer. This is why they also ensure there is no means of contacting them by phone - very convenient. Yes It's a well thought out operation if nothing else. Finally, and only as a result of filing an official claim with PayPal did I obtain my refund yesterday nearly 2 months after placing my order (or more correctly believing I had placed my order). Never at any point after the first couple of days did I believe there was any genuine attempt under way by O'Hara to supply the product they had had my money for. I have lodged a report with the Police on their ActionFraud website and also written to PayPal urging them to reconsider their relationship with this 'company' and would advise any other unfortunates in a similar situation to take the same course of action. This sort of lowlife operation needs stamping out for the sake of the unwary decent majority.

Recently received by new purse. The finish on the owl pattern is brilliant as is the leather quality for the price.

Avoid. Having same problem as others. Bought a TV which they tell me they don't have in stock and they can't give me an indication of when it will be in stock. Requested a refund and now they have stopped replying. I've had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Nigel Ohara make you feel uncertain if your order is even being processed. I sent a nice email just asking if my order is in process and if I could have an update, but still no answer and no update? I have doubts that I'll ever see my order and will have to get my money returned via PayPal, as long as PayPal help me and not the fraudulent sellers.

Do not touch thesee guys with a barge pole. Even given the poor reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed my order for £900 worth of graphics cards. Like with everyone eles when I ordered these items they were shown on site as available, but as soon as I started chasing up where my 2 orders were I got the usual, "Oh it will be here next week and then the week after" and "then we can't confirm when your item will arrive" after weeks of chasing I got another message back to say in fact there had been a pricing error and I would have to pay almost another £200 to get both of my items. I am not playing the waiting game with trying to get my refunds. Do not order from these guys they are complete crooks. It seems to me all they do is take your money and sit on it for as long as possible to either buy stock for their store or to make money out of the interest and have no intention of actually fulfilling the orders they take. Yes you may get your order if you order something they sell in their shop, IE jewellery, but don't be fooled in to thinking you will get anything else you order.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !! Kept me waiting for two months for a kettle, consistently ( four times) advised me it was in stock and would be delivered within days and then admitted it had never been in stock. ie they lied to me !.. then tried several times to persuade me to cancel my refund requests. I had to rudely insist before they refunded me. Truly a bunch of shysters

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Want to see evidence that this company keeps you waiting for 2mths and still no sign of my Casio Gshock watch then check out the screen shot images of messages from me to N'Oh and the dates (when I placed my order) and the response I received on 11:7:15 still awaiting my order and also a response from Casio themselves. I have since raised a dispute with N'Oh and also contacted Casio asking why their good name be tarnished by this bogus company. I'm sure Casio will stop supply soon, so at least some items won't be on the authentic website. Proof (screen shots) can be seen on my Instagram account @ stevejervisprice. See for yourself before placing any orders. All other posts on here are too short in comment to be obviously fake! Why would I take the time to write all of the above if I wasn't bothered?

AVOID AVOID AVOID! After 2 mths after placing my order of a Casio GShock watch at £375, I still haven't received the item. I have now contacted PayPal to reclaim my money. This Company is a SCAM!!!! Don't buy from them as you will have a load of unwanted hassle with communication from them and getting your money back. PayPal should not be promotion their logo on the website as it is giving a false impression that this company are legitimate. BE WARNED!!!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Many companies work hard to provide the best possible customer service, Nigel O'Hara are either having some major continued problems like under-staffing or simply don't care. First of all, their 'Live Response System' does not work. I've lost count of messages I have sent to them with no responses. It comes up with response times which are fake. Its either not manned or doesn't work but I can assure you its rarely 'live'. IT NEEDS FIXING!!! They took my money (£257), then left a voice-mail message a week after my purchase to say there was a 'mistake' and that they had under charged. They would need at least another £100 but will email me the options and begin refunding the item. This is pretty poor service alone but it doesn't end there. No contact details were left and after numerous attempts to get in touch I've simply not been able to. Weeks later and I still couldn't get in touch! The phone requires an extension number they don't provide otherwise just cuts off which is a genius way to never speak to customers (you have to hate customers always wanting to buy things from you...). I wanted to pay the difference as I really need the product asap. However, when I finally got through to them, I asked some simple questions to make sure they weren't selling me something different and they simply couldn't answer. Said they would email after the call and phone the next day - guess what... they didn't! The worst thing of all is they have my money. I have nothing and they have my money. Its quite frankly disgraceful, daylight robbery. I've since requested my money back and heard nothing. No refund, no response. I'm going to have to involve the finical ombudsman - all of which has been a huge waste of my time and money, for which I will probably get nothing for but at least I will get a refund for a product I don't have. Its over a month since "purchase" and I'm out of pocket. Best advice I can give is AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! End of story? Not entirely, until last week they were still advertising the product at the wrong price allowing other customers to purchase it. Presumably ringing after purchase to say its a mistake and ask for more money. False advertisement and breaking trading regulations. Shocking. Infuriating. I'm not sure how companies like this are allowed to trade.
