I cancelled my contract three times, a further four times after that they took money from my account without sending a single pair of boxers. They are total robbers, I can not tell you strongly enough to not deal with this company.
They are point blank refusing to refund any money saying boxers were sent out, they were not.

“Absolute f****ng scam of a company, sure the product quality is fine, but if you want to cancel after you pay for your boxers, forget about it, they will FORCE you to pay another month due to hidden "1 month cancellation notice" which means that there is pretty much no way for you to get just 1 pair of boxers and they do not make this known anywhere outside of the obvious terms and conditions hidden in there hoping you do not see it, and a lot of people, me included, do not. They are an absolutely predatory, scamming company, and if you request a refund or cancellation they just ignore you and send you an automated email.”

“Very sneaky practice, it seems their business model relies on entrapping customers. See the many other stories of what a nightmare it is to cancel a membership with them. Also, there is a UK Advertising Standards Association rulling against the. I only logged in to see what they have to offer. They don't allow you to cancel despite having just clicked on their memberships to shop around and see what they have on offer and the delivery date being more than 3 weeks away!

WATCH OUT. i ordered a free pair of boxers in feb, when i got it i cancelled my boxer subscription but 3 days later i got an email saying that my socks subscription is being activated (i have no idea why) so i did what every pther person would do contacted their customer service only to fnd out they were a bunch of bots. So then frustratingly i blocked them from all my cards but they were still trying to charge ÂŁ9 every other day. after the deadline i got an email saying if you dont pay the remaining fee legal action would be taken including "late fee". eventually i had to pay for them to leave me alone. BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GETTING A FREEBIE DONT.. CAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 3X MORE THAN THE STUFF THEY'RE GIVING.”
“Con artists signed up for a free trial couldn’t cancel properly because when I did I got an email and when I clicked on the link reactivated my membership and wouldn’t allow me to cancel without charging me again, so I cancelled all my payment methods and now they’re threatening to take it to a debt collectors. I took membership in On That Ass on 28th January 2024. I received a free boxer on 5th February 2024.
To explore more about On That Ass, I was just browsing their Socks Membership but unknowingly and unintentionally they accepted my Socks Membership on the 5th of February at 11:38 AM (UK time) when I received the membership confirmation email, I immediately cancelled and unsubscribed the membership within 2 minutes (on 5th Feb 2024 at 11:40 AM).
I also cancelled my Boxer Short subscription on the same day and time.
Recently, on 5th March, On That Ass charged me GBP 26.97 for the same Socks Membership. When I requested for refund, the company denied that they can't do anything about the refund even though they accepted the fact that the direct debit of GBP 26.97 had been accidental.
Since my cancellation of memberships of Boxer Short and Socks, I haven't received anything from them.
I don't understand why they charged me this significant amount.”
“Dont be scammed with free boxer
After I made a purchase from a webpage it offered me a free boxer from this company. However it was a big scam. I received 3 Boxers and 3 Socks and impossible to stop them with payment (obviously). I wanted to return as I did not even open the pack but they told its not possible. Never buy anything from this company.”
