“It is all good till you want to continue subsciption. When you decide to quit then the uphill struggle starts to develop.
The website is constructed that you literally cannot quit, just to keep you bind with this brand.
Support is not responding, and they send me warning messages threatening me. I can't pay due to error, I can't leave, I can't get response from support.
STAY AWAY from this brand, it is not worth, thrust me.
Also they are just casual low-end undewear. Just fancy print, but the fabric is like plastic, and it cannot be good for your testicles 😉 You can buy a better one for half a price.”

“This is a rogue organisation, they have repeatedly made demand for payments l do not owe claiming that they sent me boxer shorts. I advised them to send me proof of such deliveries, however, they failed to do so & they haven since been sending me chasing emails to ay up money l do not owe in the 1st place. l feel the harassment has gone on for far too long, so, l’ve written to them to stop the harassments or be prepared to face me in court.”
“Avoid at all costs. Poor product so cancelled my subscription. They then try to intimidate you into paying again by claiming that you somehow owe them one months notice which is obviously an utter joke, I had to cancel and chargeback from my bank.”

“Don't fool yourself when you see their adverts saying your first pair is for free because it's not! You sign up for a free trial and get your first pair for free but then month later they will still charge you with no way to argue it! Nothing is for free people! So be aware because it's not cheap! £15 for pair of undies which isn't that great! Designs might be cool but quality wise, rubbish! When you contact the customer service they just simply repeat themselves without even listening to what you actually want to say and raise with them! Ignorant customer service! I was offered a 'free' pair of boxers to review and I thought 'it's free, why not?'
The product was never delivered to me, and instead, since I still had to add my bank account info to pay the "0 Euros" it cost for the product, they added me to an automatic monthly billing service instead that was never mentioned, and that started deducting 10 euros per month for some kind of 'membership fee.'
It's just a complete scam, beware!”
