Tried getting a refund and I don't know how since their customer service sucks!

It is a trap. My account was inactive.
I received a message that there is a boxer avilable for free on my account.
When I tried to claim, I didn't see any option. It was showing to activate, so I did. Then it shown I will be charged, and only next month only I can cancel my account.
Contacted the customer service, they also demanding for money.
Stay away from these website.

“Awful subscription service based in the Netherlands. Had a real issue contacting and receiving a reply from anyone when our order failed to turn up. Three months later and we've still received nothing, even though payment was taken. I've cancelled our account and subscription but had no refund or update from anyone regarding the money owed. As they're Netherlands-based it seems impossible to report them to UK trading standards. Please do not use.”
“My partner got me a pair and had the same issue when trying to cancel the subscription others mentioned.
But why did I want to cancel? The product is terrible. The designs are quite cool but unless you want your gentleman's appendages mashed into your body look elsewhere. There is no stretch in the area you'd want. If you want cool designs then Aussiebums are better value, free from subscription and not made for Ken dolls.”
“Very deceptive marketing to lure with free item to try but at the end they made tricky agreement which no one reads and they charge payment month after one cancells membership. Even after reaching out to support they just link to FAQ and terms and conditions and reject to do refund even if they did not send item yet.
On a sepearte note - quality of socks, pants/briefs is less than average, brigt colors and patterns that's all.
Bottomline - Not worth its money products and deceptive company marketing stratagy, avoid at all cost.”
“I originally signed up to their company as their products seemed of high quality and material. I received my first pair of boxers and I gifted them to my partner, he tried them on and unfortunately the material gave him a painful rash. I explained this to the customer service and asked that they cancel my membership and don’t send out another pair. Today (31/10/23) I got charged for another pair DESPITE explaining to them through email multiple times that my partner can’t wear their products and therefore we do not want another pair. However, the customer service kept stating I might give one months notice to cancel my membership and that they cannot do anything. I gave them notice on 02/10/23 and today 31/10/23 and they charged me for another pair! I will dispute this with my bank as I have multiple pieces of evidence stating I have told this company to cancel my membership as we physically cannot use their products!!”

“My daughter thought she was doing a nice thing and got her dad a freebie. She then got another email saying to click link for an added free pair. This link didn't do that, this link confirmed subscription. Took £10 from my daughter's bank. I contacted them explaining my daughter was under 18 so all agreements in contract were void and that they had just wiped out a child's pocket money. Banking info was requested inc IBAN bac and was told refunds department were sorting it out. It's been a couple months and still haven't received a refund. Scam! Yes my daughter was underage, yes I have dealt with this, no this company do not care, no I will never recommend. A little bit if understanding would go a long way. Hope they enjoy that £10 taken from my babies bank. Whatever. Obviously can't make a business the honest way so have to steal from anyone falling into their trap. Clicking links for one thing and it's for something else.”
