“Tried to cancel my membership online and also sent an email. Still got charged and when I emailed trying to cancel and get a refund they said it was cancelled but would not arrange a refund or a return. Disgusting company would not recommend it to anyone.”
“My husband is bedbound, on end of life care. He would never have signed up for anything like this. A pair of boxer shorts were delivered, with no invoice , he had no knowledge of them, they went straight to a homeless charity. Weeks later, we found a DD set up and took £9.99 through PayPal. We cancelled that, and then the stream of emails started saying we had to pay for the next one before cancellation was possible. We have answered each email and told them he is dying and would never have taken out any subscriptions for these .
Another pair has been delivered today. I am at my wits end with this company. How can they harass and bully a dying man? As it’s based in Netherlands, our own Trading Standards can’t help.”
“Terrible company. I signed up by accident on one of those free deals, and then when you cancel they still take your money and refuse to confirm how to cancel the delivery of their underwear. The boxer shorts are so uncomfortable and of poor quality. Their customer service is embarassingly bad, I have sent them 3 emails asking for info on how to get refund for the 3 pairs of boxers I never wanted, and they just respond with a generic answer that doesn't address my question. They are very rude and incompetent. AVOID THIS BRAND.”
“Horrible customer service, tried to cancel and cannot cancel with 'open payment' however they mention on multiple emails the product isn't sent until payment is made. I should not be forced to buy a product I do not want. I cancelled my PayPal after free trial and was not aware I also had to cancel on the site. Now they are threatening debt collectors for £40.”

“I wished to cancel my subscription but they require a months notices. If your subscription is set to renew within that month, they will take the next payment regardless and post the item even if its weeks down the line.
Companies in the UK couldnt get away with this.
What's more is they took a very long time to reply to my emails and were entirely unsympathetic to the fact I hadn't read the cancellation small print.
Boxers are also stupidly over priced.”
