“Suscribed and the quality was awful.
The website didn’t allow me to cancel my membership.
I sent my first email on the 14th of July.
They charged me twice already and are ignoring my weekly emails.
I had to escalate this with my bank that agreed to refund me.
This company is just a scam.”

“Una stella perché non si può dare zero.
E' da gennaio che ho avuto la pessima idea di accettare un loro boxer che dicevano fosse in regalo.
Il sito è fatto in modo da farti confondere e sottoscrivere così un abbonamento per almeno tre ordini per circa 30 euro. Non ne sapevo nulla e ho disdetto l'abbonamento solo quando mi è arrivato un secondo boxer che sono stato costretto a pagare, come pure il terzo perchè hanno applicato un preavviso di un mese. Ho anche chiesto la cancellazione dell'account , ma ancora non hanno provveduto.
A meno che non vi piacciano tanto i loro boxer STATE MOLTO ALLA LARGA”

Forced to accept a particular design and trial locks you in
Do not believe as I did that your free trial is actually free. Although you get an additional pair of boxers, you are committed to two months of payment as the payment cancellation deadline is actually before the start date! Therefore you are committed to an additional payment as well as the first - which then ends up with additional fees if you don't settle up quickly.
For this reason I would advise anybody to avoid despite the quality of the boxers being pretty good. The other negative is that you don't get to choose the designs you receive and my last two were very child-like rather than actually being cool.”
“This is a total scam. I'm glad to see others have reported to the trading standards - I will be issuing a complaint tonight.
My advice is to completely cancel your PayPal payments and if you paid with your card to contact your bank and tell them to block any payments. Their subscription service is totally against the law and their TOS are extremely contradictory and full of red flags.
I've received the ridiculous threatening emails regarding debt collectors too, not sure who they think they're fooling threatening debt collectors for a £10 free pair of underwear, it's absurd. Ignore all their emails and don't fall for their bullying, their scam tactics will not stand up in a court.”

“Absolutely stupid company, as you can tell by the many bad reviews everyone has had the same experience bad customer service won't let you cancel a subscription so they steal money from you, it's not worth it for a pair of low quality boxers. Avoid them at all costs it's a scam!!!”
“It tricked you to a monthly subscription without realising by giving you a free sample (which I never received, and honestly I forgot about it and didn't care), until they start charging you the next month, I immediately messaged them, they said it was a contract so no refund is made but will not charge any more. I thought it was my lesson for not reading the fine prints, so fine by me.
UNTIL I AM CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND MONTH.
So I effectively paid GBP19.98 for nothing.”

Only way is to block them from your bank then they threaten you to keep paying or they will file a deafult against you to try and ruin your credit, what a scam”
“Where to even start.
I had an offer of a "free" pair of shorts , I never recieved the shorts and thought nothing of it as the card I used was expiring shortly afterwards.
They now send threatening and hostile emails saying I have to basically pay to unsubscribe.
I never recieved a thing off them and they are demanding money to close my subscription.
It is such a bad company and pure villainous of them to say I have to pay for things i havent recieved and then have audacity to pay to close.”
