“The way that this company handles payments is exceptionally frustrating. They have taken two additional payments from the moment that I cancelled my membership. Moreover, their customer service is not helpful at all. I wanted to cancel the shipment of the last item, and I emailed them directly after I noticed that the payment was taken to prevent the item from being shipped and requested the amount to be fully refunded. However, I am still waiting for their reply—horrible experience.”

Firstly, select low rating reviews and read them.
It's a disgrace!
My personal genuine feedback:
SIZES: total unmatched, you'll be disappointed, definitely.
FIT: Ain't great, not enough ballsack (quite flat front). (Most likely to be tight as hell)
QUALITY: ain't worth their ridiculous prices, in 6 months they start ripping apart, I find better quality in local shops and definitely cheaper.
I have had replacements requests due to quality issues, didn't even took 6 months of wear.
PRINTS: YES, some great some awkward!
After a few washes, looks disgusting and colours quickly vanish, those bright colours will fade from the first wash. They recommend washing by hand while on shower. (UNETHICAL HYGIENIC, we are talking about UNDERWEAR, genitalia area) Imagine all the bacteria building up if you actually follow their advice.
Such a low profile marketing move to make them last longer than supposed to, totally unhygienic and unethical.
MEMBERSHIP: oh DEAR! when the time comes to give up, ain't that easy and transparent. You'll be pushed to freeze your account instead of canceling, then once freeze finished you must give "one month notice" however you must still pay for the next 2 months membership.
CREDITS: WHAT A SCAM! You'll get credits with your purchases, however for you to make use of those credits, it'll literally cost you about £100 (in credit) for 1 T-shirt and swim shorts set. Seriously, it would cost me cheaper to go to selfridges and shop over there in some high end retailer. 1 jumper, expect to spend £160 in credit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I will let you judge as I guess you have read my genuine review.
Obs. On the 1st of July I have requested for my membership to be deleted immediately due to unsatisfactory services, it took them 10 days to actually reply to my email whereas I was expecting for an answer within 3 days as promised, again, very unprofessional. Nothing been sorted.
They must find themselves smart, if they take longer to solve customer issues, longer it takes to cancel a membership, more profits they make.
Today is 24/07, I have heard only once from them, been 15 days since I last emailed them, no response whatsoever.
I start to wonder the real meaning of your product. Ripping off your customer, kind of makes sense.

They never delivered the free pair of boxers, now apparently i have a subscription for socks and 2 pair of boxers, and i can only cancel once i pay my due, which is 260 EURO for pair of socks and 2 pairs of boxers. Of course they threthen me with debt collectors. I can't believe some clowns turn into the underwear mafia. “SCAM COMPANY, do not buy - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
This trash company are just out to steal from you. I went on their website to try and see some of the items and they restarted my membership without my permission. Literally using my expired card. Then proceeded to send me threatening emails telling me to pay. I emailed them multiple times saying do not ship the items out, I do not want them, and I do not want a membership. Their customer service is almost impossible to get through to and when you do finally get through they are so useless and provided no help except the same robotic response. After I explicitly said that they should NOT SEND me any products, I received their parcel.
Would highly suggest that you don’t waste your money here and look for a better company. These people are only out to scam you.”

Very BAD Company !! First of all, they promised a free boxer short, that I never received !! They put you on an automatic ABO. I communicated with them once, and they said they would send it. They never did !! All they did was send a payment reminders for the ABO that I had stopped in the meantime !! They don't answer any email. They never send the free boxer short. I Paid once (1 month) for a boxer short, and ordered a multi-color (TOUCAN) - they send me an ORANGE !!

“SCAM SCAM SCAM, Like everyone I fell for this free trial, found that £9.99 was taken out of my account so I blocked it with the bank. I'm now getting emails saying I have to pay and if the 5th email I do not pay I will be charged £13.50 and if I still don't pay they will send it to the debt collectors and could be charged £40.00 what a joke, if you try to send a email it comes back as address not found, no customer services or phone number. This came through Triyit which I have used many times and have advised them about this scam, also sent a email to Trading Standards (U.K.) about this scam hopefully they can close the down, thieving bastards, please don't full for this scam as many of us have.”

“Tried to contact them 3 times in the past week regarding my card details and how they've been stolen so I've cancelled all subscriptions. No response but they've been able to email me daily threatening collections! You pay a month in advance so there aren't any arrears so this is clearly an intimidation technique.”

I didn't sign up for nothing and yet only found out today that company has taken money from my account when I stated I didn't want anymore after the 1st pair. So there is £10 my so called account but if I wanted to cancel a won't get my money back. I thought when they were to send you something they would send the item 1st then take the money as customers are not aware of this has happened. You can also see a list for Customer Service doesn't take you anywhere I can't see any phone number and certainly NO email address. “This company does not act on their own terms of service, the TRUSTPILOT POSITIVE REVIEW IS ALL BECAUSE OF A BOT RESPONDING TO THE ACTUAL E-MAIL ACCOUNT, NOT ACTUALLY ANYONE REALLY RESPONDING, i'm trying for three days to cancel free trial subscription, which article 2.3 on THEIR OWN TERMS OF USE states, and here i quote: "2.3. Sign-up. Your free trial starts from the moment you have successfully registered. You will receive an email from us before your trial expires. WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD, YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. You will then not be billed for the following month. After the trial period, we apply a notice period of one month. If your trial period starts just after the 12th of the month, you will not be billed for the same month. This gives you enough time to try on your first boxer shorts."
and article 2.6 states "2.6. Term of notice. ON THAT ASS membership continues automatically after your trial period. DURING YOUR TRIAL PERIOD, YOU CAN CANCEL THE AGREEMENT IMMEDIATELY. In an active membership you are not entitled to a revocation period to cancel your agreement immediately and the notice period of one month applies."
i expect of ON THAT ASS to cancel my agreement and TO NOT EVER REACTIVATE IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT, i will be able to cancel on the website july 1st, and i will, immediately. for the remainder of the year i will be checking the status of my "membership" i will not be reactivating it because of obvious reasons, i will also keep screenshots of everything, i may never get an answer from you people, but at least those who read this can use something to try and defend themselves, of course i'm on free trial still and not paying anything, in case of my account being reactivated and being harassed, i will pursue legal action as soon as possible, i already filed a complaint on my country's consumer authority, and i'm getting ready to go to the end if i'm to be harassed after july 8th, i didn't sign in for any boxer shorts, i do not want them too, i want my right to have my membership immediately cancelled
UPDATE: It's now july 1st, and what do you know? ON THAT ASS doesn't take too kindly to cancellations, trying to cancel my free trial account ON AUGUST so they can charge me, no,no,no, so i went, and i fooled around for a bit in their website, managed to get myself a nice ban, not an IP ban, but i'm proud to say my account leads to a giant UH-OH and i cannot access my account, because i messed the details so bad i got cancelled, let's see if you'll charge a banned account now, matter of fact, let's see you charge a cancelled paypal, or send a message to a throwaway, or even to my spam box, i achieved ACCOUNT CANCELLATION and i'm very happy with it, you refuse to end the contract, knowinng full well it's void from day one, now i will wait for the dutch man to come charge me 40€, better yet, for YOU to pay someone to come charge 40€ to people everywhere, you know that isn't going to fly, but you take advantage of those who lack knowledge, so i will wait for the visit of the OOOOH SCARY ON THAT ASS bailiffs that will come to my house in the middle of nowhere to get a 40€ sum that doesn't even pay the uber fare, y'all are a joke of a company, and by the amount of people feeling scammed you must be drowning in letters and debt, strangely, your positive reviews are just on this website, in this specific website, how bizarre, your customer service went from people who talked to bots spouting nonsense, that shows a bit of a demise right there.
