So far I've paid £30 for three pairs but no more pairs have been received so I'm not paying anymore. Am contacting my bank to try get this scammer company stopped. They want me to pay at least another £20 before I can think about cancelling. S.C.A.M. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS.”

They will charge you way up ahead for the following month, they won't deliver any of the packages and if you decide to cancel the subscription, they will email you threatening about a 'collection partner'.
From them:
If payment is not made, we will charge a fee of 13,50 € at the next reminder. If payment is still not made, we will transfer the debt to our collection partner. In this case, the extrajudicial collection costs can amount to a maximum of 40 € .”
“COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY: I signed up for the buy one get one free deal and TWO payments were taken on the same day and only one pair of boxers have been delivered. The custome service is also dreadful. I have paid double and only received one out of two pairs of boxers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

I informed you of this but you persistently tried to take money , even after me emailing you day after day . I got my new card and you took 9.99 on Mon 12th June then you took it again +1.00for updating my details . Is this normal as your customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with . I would never recommend anyone from dealing with you as it takes about a week to reply to e mails . I have decided that I want what you owe me and then you can cancel everything about me . Thank you for not leaving enough to cover my bills . Never buy from this company .”
“Pésima atención, ya que llevo esperando desde el día 29 de mayo su contestación! Recibi el primer boxer gratis, amplíe suscripción a calcetines y otros boxers más ya que me gustó, mi sorpresa es que ya no llegaron,solicité devolución por no recibir y ese si que recibí aunque uno estaba equivocado y era para regalar asique ya sería tarde para volver a devolver, me volvieron a cobrar la doble suscripción y ya no llegaron más! Pésima atención al cliente y obviamente anule suscripción de inmediato! NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!”

Reactivated a subscription after I had cancelled it to steal money from me, ignored emails to them and deactivated their deactivation button so that I wouldn't be able to stop the service. To top it all off, have yet to receive any of the items they have now forced me to purchase. They responded immediately to paypal when I disputed the payment however.”

This company is a total scam. I had a membership for the boxers+socks combo open for 6 months and only received 3 pairs of boxers (1 of which should be free of charge and never was) while trying to resolve the issue with them via email, because they have no back office support, you can call but no one ever answers you. They always answers your emails after 2-3 weeks and ignore everything you write in it, making completely false claims, like the address was not correct, although 1/3 of your orders have arrived to the "false adress". I blame myself for not closing my account after the first month and just loosing that amount of money. It cost me so much time and stress to get in touch and resolve the issue, that the money is actually not even important. Their customer support is just disgusting.”
