I tried to cancel my subscription, and they refused. Even if you Contact them via mail, they won't cancel your subscription. The announced trial period isn't respected and the Boxer quality is very poor.
Even i tried to clear my data and close my account, as GDPR customers rights, and they never replied.
Watch OUT !! Apparently, our data is being sold as well.”
“Scammers. The beginning of a falling star. Interesting marketing and a failed sales strategy. The company that promises to send the goods takes money from you, but you never see the goods. They fed me with promises to send the goods for 3 months and then removed the subscription for another month. Since October-November 2023, I still haven’t seen the product, but I saw how the subscription fee was charged. Never order anything here and don't believe the reviews you buy. “I needed to pay for months of shorts i didnt even want, i got one free and cancelled the trial, still got the boxershorts. And its so confusing to cancel it, they really try so you dont cancel it cancel it. I just now removed it but it said that i will still be getting shorts next month and only then is my subscribtion over. I probably have to pay for them too.”

Went through the cancellation process again though there was no account to cancel and they billed me AGAIN!
Spoke to my bank and raised a fraud report against them. My bank refunded me within an hour.”

Ho inoltrato 11 mail chiedendo il recesso (prima dei 14 gg dalla recezione anche perchè non è mai stato spedito o ricevuto nulla, quindi nei tempi).
Ho chiesto di cancellare l' account CHE E' UN MIO DIRITTO.
Ricevo quotidianamente MINACCE DI COSTI AGGIUNTIVI E RICHIESTE DI PAGAMENTO e a nulla servono le mail di disdetta.
L'ACCOUNT NON E' CANCELLABILE se non si paga prima quello che loro ritengono un debito, sebbene nessun oggetto sia stato nenache spedito!
Ho letto purtroppo dopo le altre recensioni su "trustpilot" e visto che l'azienda fa abitualmente queste TRUFFE a molte altre persone...
