“Initially, the mattress was really excellent, providing the right balance of support and comfort. However, after about 6-7 months, some sloping has set in, so the middle of the bed is higher with both sides sloping downward.”

“Not as good as I had hoped. I go to sleep on my back, but then turn sideways during the night. The mattress just wasn't comfortable enough. I bought a memory foam mattress topper and now it's ok.”

“The softness was fine for me but my parents find it too soft. I also feel that the springs under the position where I usually sleep have been weakened. Better rotate the bed or switch positions every now and then.”

“Went through the reviews and really don't agree. I personally think it's quite ordinary. The only reason I'm giving 3 our of 5 stars is that the purchase process and return was seamless. Didn't have to fight for anything.”

“Ordered it about a month ago. Really, I tried to love it but had to return it. I was expecting way more from the mattress and it really didn't fit my back. Company was quick to respond and refund. Cheers!”

“Tried it for about 40 days. I really tried to like it, but did proceed with a return. It just wasn't for me... Return was as simple as sending an email, and someone got in touch with me to schedule the pick up. Got my refund and am now back at square one....”

“I thought it was a bit firm for my liking. I've seen others say it was too soft?! Requested a return by email, got a reply almost instantly, and mattress was out within a week. I'm not sure why everyone is going nuts about it.”

“Ordered a super single 2 weeks ago. Mattress comfort feels ok, but I got my delivery in 4 business days, and I was promised it within 3 days. That was a little bit disappointing.”

“Decided to drop a review after a month or so sleeping on it. Comfort wise i would say normal but i still do not get the deep sleep like before always. Might consider doing a return in a few weeks time.”

“My husband has back pain and absolutely loved the comfort and support of the mattress. I did enjoy the product but do prefer a soft feel. We decided to return our Noa but we have to say that customer support is nothing short of amazing. Friendly and professional, they were happy to return the mattress for free and refunded us promptly.”
