“Easy to buy from and they always put cute stickers and "tickets" in orders, which is very lovely. It is also easy to track your parcel. Basically, a great place to get kpop merch for European fans :)”

“I placed the order on Nolae on 2.10.2024. Part of the order (2 albums) came after more than a month, on 11.11.2024 it was taken over by DHL and arrived in a couple of days. I was informed that the remaining order (some photos) is on my way on 7.12.2024 and on 11.12.2024 I received a tracking code from DHL and the order was supposed to arrive on 13.12.2024. The tracking code is still locked on the date 13.12.2024 when the package should have reached me, but it never arrived. DHL has no contact details for Germany, so I couldn't contact them. I will probably never order from Nolae again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. I have never had such a bad experience with any of the orders I made.”

“J'ai commandé une Army Bomb pour ma maman pour Noël et elle est arrivée en un peu plus d'une semaine. La commande est conforme à ce qui était annoncé sur le site. Aucuns frais surprise et le coli était en bon état. Sans compter le petit mot laissé dans le coli pour me remercier de ma commande. Rien à redire, tout s'est très bien passé.”

“Nolae ist ein schöner und sehr guter Shop. Bestellung und Lieferung gehen schnell. Das einzige, was mich stört, ist, dass bei Ausverkäufen nicht angegeben wird, ob ein Produkt wieder verfügbar sein wird. Man kann sich nur benachrichtigen lassen, wenn es wieder verfügbar ist. Ansonsten bin ich voll zufrieden. Nolae ist immer meine erste Wahl, wenn es um K-Pop-Produkte geht.”

“Well asking me for a review before I have received my purchase is maybe where I would advice you to time this better. I should have received it as the website states beginning of January shipping. But so far not received any update or my product. So review will be low so far.”
