“Moram reći da sam prilično zadovoljna.Već određeni period kupujem kod njih bez problema.Uslužni su i lako se dogovoriti ako postoje neočekivane situacije,kao npr.zadnje dvije narudžbe su kasnile ,bio je crni petak i blagdani,što je razumljivo s obzirom na količinu narudžbi.Kontaktirala sam ih i bez problema su poslali dio narudžbe a ostalo smo se dogovorili kad budu dostupni proizvodi.Prednarudžba Ateez povratka su došli jako brzo 🥰.Sve u svemu su ok i fer korisnička služba je odlična .nastavi ću i dalje kod njih naručivati proizvode ♥️.”

“Ihr seid echt die besten Verpackungskünstler! Jedes mal, wenn ich bei euch bestell, weiß ich, dass meine Alben sicher und heil bei mir ankommen werden. Manchmal dauert die Versendung/ Lieferung ziemlich lange, aber mir macht das nichts aus. Ich schätze das liegt an vielen angehäuft Bestellungen, weniger Personal und Probleme bei Warenbestellung. Ich bin geduldig genug, dass ich warten kann.”

“Immer die neusten Produkte und Angebote. Absolut faire Preise und der Webseiten/App Aufbau ist sehr übersichtlich. Ich bestelle nur über Nolae meine KPop Alben/Merch. Vorschlag: manchmal bestellt man die Alben vor, die erst 3 Monate später erscheinen. Vielleicht könnte man dann 1-2 mal eine Erinnerungsmail rausschicken, wo Album Releasedatum und voraussichtlicher Lieferzeitraum (bswp zu ende Januar) drin steht. Ist vergesse leider oft, dass ich Sachen vorbestellt habe und wundere mich dann über die noch nicht abgearbeitet Bestellung in meiner Profil Liste. :D Macht auf jeden Fall weiter so liebes Nolae-Team!!”
