“I have ordered from nolae a few times now, including two preorders, and everything has worked smoothly so far. The orders are well packaged so that the items are well protected. I also think it's sweet how the order is given a personal touch by getting a card with your name in "normal" letters and in Korean.”

“Taking into account that the album that I bought is a presale merchandise, I didn't receive it yet; I leave this comment because the last time that I bought something from this site, just as now, I receive the email inviting me to rate it and when I waited for the package to arrive, I wasn't able to leave my comments ( it said that the time for the rating had expired) I am obviously waiting for my package and hope that it will be in the best conditions”

Als hätte das Nolae Team gewusst, dass Bangchan mein Bias ist (SKZ Hiptape Apple Music Photocard) 😭 Hab jetzt mehrmals bei Nolae bestellt und bin immer 100% zufrieden gewesen. “Both the service from the store and the shipping was amazing ! Despite the difficulties due to the circumstances , given that the holidays were prevalent , the package came as quickly as possible and in excellent condition ! I was accounted for every movement of the parcel . Also the care on the parcel was excellent , I loved it!!!!”

“Nolae is reliable and the fact that the import duty to the EU has already been paid is a bonus! I really appreciate their customer care, the packaging of the items which prevents any damage (or has up to now!) and the variety of BTS merchandies that is available. Also, the fact that they inform you when a sold out item is back in stock is a great addition to their service.”
