“I was pretty happy with nolae until the loyalty scheme changed. I didn’t hear anything about this until it changed. Thankfully I was still able to convert my points to an €80 voucher but I was saving up for the €120 voucher and I was quite close to that so the rest of my points were wasted. The prices are also way higher than if I order from Korean sites and pay their shipping and customs fees. I understand you have to make a profit but it seems excessively high compared to other sites which puts me off. Shipping also takes quite a long time. My stray kids albums took 2 months to arrive which is a pretty long time compared to other sites (even within the EU). I will probably not shop as much with nolae in the future for those reasons.”

“Only bought from you now to use up my UwU points, since you guys didn't bother to do a point to coin conversion, screwing up MANY customers who didn't have the exact amount needed for a voucher. Nolae used to be my go to kpop store even though I'm from abroad and have a kpop store from my country as well. But now that you've randomly thrown so many customers under the bus who have consistently saved up points (aka consistently bought from you) I no longer will be buying from you unless no other kpop store in Europe has the item I want. A simple 1 uwu point to 5 coins conversion (since that what you'd get for €1 in each respective system) would have saved you a lot of angry customers.”
