Today I ordered a pen drive of sandisk brand..In the specification its showing made in USA but when packeage showing made in china..Also the device didnt support to my phone..fake item..do not trust noon..Dissopinted on NOON..waste of money

I’ve paid the subscription to get my item today and not it 2 days. Once I’ve paid they say I won’t get it today but in 2 days. I asked for the refund, they refused.

CEO must read this! As someone who’s been in e-commerce for 12+ years and recently moved from the USA to Dubai, I expected better service from Noon. I purchased a $100 TV on August 19th, which arrived quickly, but the software didn’t work—couldn’t connect to Netflix or Prime Video. I contacted Noon within 48 hours, shared images, and offered video proof. Despite this, it took two weeks of repeated calls and questions, only for a supervisor to tell me I needed to go through warranty. Why should I go through warranty for a product that arrived broken? Noon is essentially keeping customers’ money with a terrible return policy. You’ve just lost a $20,000 annual customer to Amazon, which you clearly can’t compete with unless you fix these major issues: 1. Streamline your return process like Amazon—make it simple and respect customers’ time. 2. When a customer shows proof of a broken product, refund them within 30 days, as Amazon does. 3. Train your customer service to resolve issues efficiently instead of running customers in circles. Noon, you don’t understand customer service, and until you do, you’ll keep losing loyal customers.

Do not download the Noon app. It’s an absolute scam, and I’m furious about it. I ordered a waist trainer, paid with my credit card, and had to return it because it was too big. Instead of refunding my card, these thieves gave me Noon credits—completely unacceptable to begin with. Then, to make matters even worse, the credits disappeared the next day! This is ridiculous, infuriating, and beyond unacceptable. Noon is just out to steal your money. I’m livid and would never recommend this app to anyone. MONEY GRABBER!!! The people behind it are bunch of thieves. Disgusting!

I had a disappointing experience with Noon Food today. I tried to order breakfast through their app but encountered issues, so I ended up calling the restaurant directly. To my surprise, the prices at the restaurant (Al Madina Boska Silicon Oasis) were significantly lower than what Noon Food was charging. It seems like Noon Food adds a substantial markup to the menu prices, which is frustrating and misleading. GUY's If you’re considering using Noon Food, I’d recommend checking prices with the restaurant first to avoid unexpected costs

I ordered food through noon. After which the restaurant delivered only half of my order. The restaurant didn’t even apologize for their mistake rather they asked me to contact noon to arrange for another driver to pick up the missing order. Noon doesn’t have a live agent chat. You can place your complaint but they will get back to you after 30-40 minutes. After an hour, there’s still no call back. I used noon for the first time and will not be using it again.

I recently purchased a phone from Noon but decided to cancel the order. Instead of refunding my money, Noon kept AED 974 in my Noon wallet. Unfortunately, my Noon account was hacked, and someone used the funds to purchase items in Kuwait. When I reported this to Noon, they refused to take any action. This experience has shown me that Noon has ZERO security measures in place, making them completely untrustworthy. Amazon, on the other hand, is 1000% more secure and reliable. Noon has proven to be a dishonest platform, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. order NAEG80060502858

this is the most horrible service anyone can provide to their customers noon is a big brand unfortunately the service they provide is third class i wish i could say something below that noon please stop this pathetic pattern if you guys cannot fulfill what is promised on your website or app do not give false information to the customer though after paying for same day delivery you guys cheat the customers should feel ashamed of this action of yours and thanks for ruining some ones birthday. worst and third class service ever. for god sake stop ordering from noon as they don't value their customers even the grocery stores are better than noon atleast they know ho to keep their customers happy. disgusting service

NOON is a scam shopping online platform. First, I ordered Samsung S21 ultra, I returned it because the battery is draining fast, then steam iron, and 4 oppo routers.(these routers are locked from China) it's fake though.Returning items to NOON is also unbelievable. They're making the customers to wait for so long. I've been following up my return request for so long. And take note, EVERYDAY I am calling NOON. BAD EXPERIENCE!

So annoying company, its the 3rd time that my order cannot be deliver ontime . reason the google map is incorrect, I told that not in the office, deliver at home. Hera we are again, I ordered the microwave last Aug 1, until now not yet recieve because of google map issue, how stupid ,

They delivered a wrong item and they will resolve only after 6 hours. Which that item they missed to deliver you need to use it urgently. This is inconvenient service.

Terrible customer service. The employees are liars and incompetents. I chose Noon instead of Amazon and was ordering almost every week, but I won’t again. I ordered a dishwasher that was delivered damaged. I requested an exchange , to which they replied that they could not exchange, but advised me to order a new dishwasher, and they would pick up the old one asap and return the money for it. in the end they simply ignored my request, I contacted more than 5 times, eventually spoke with their supervisor who convinced me that they would pick up the dishwasher and refund my money, which never happened. They ask stupid questions to find something so they can put the blame on you so they don't return the money. In my case, they could not find any mistakes made by me , so they just said that they would not return the money and closing the case. Don't order from them
