I bought so many times at noon KSA and i did not experienced any problem, one time i returned an items and they picked up on time and my refund was they put on my account,.. And i need advice also regarding noon renewed products is trusted?

I want to place an order for Galaxy S8 Plus Black 4GB RAM 64GB 4G LTE, sold by Mobo at AED 878.95 It looks too cheap compare to other vendors on the same platform. Is it a fake product?

Except my last experience i had a very good experience with noon.i like their customer service,delivery and return back time is very fast.they should work on quality and their quality control team need alot of improvement.

HI I KNW MOST REVIEWS ARE TO HARSH BUT LET ME SAY SMTHING GREAT BOUT NOON THEY ARE REALLY KIND AND HELPFUL AND HELPED ME GET A REFUND EVEN THO IT TOOK THEM 45 DAYS NOON ISNT A BAD SITE THEY JUST NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REMOVE SELLERS SELLING FAKE AND USED ITEMS WILL I USE NOON AGAIN:SURELY IF THEY IMPROVE WILL I SUGGEST THEM TO OTHERS;YES

My friend had got her products pretty well but I can barely track my order and I'm struggling with the fact that it's been a day and I still haven't recieved it but Noon's WhatsApp is pretty helpful I think

i asked for a refund for a non-working device i got. been a while and still didint receive my refund. didint even receive it into my noon wallet either. i was told i would get my money back in 24 hours. where is it noon?

Hi, i just received my order ( HP external hard drive) and not sure if item i received is authentic. I am about to back up some very important files and concerned about possibility of losing them due to quality/ authenticity of the drive. I could not authenticate the warranty on HP website either. I rate noon pretty high in saudi but I dropped 2 stars because of no customer reviews. Allow us to review items so future customers can be careful of buying certain items. I received a loofah but without the stick (even though it's shown in the image). There is noway I can review that item so that the seller knows that he's made a mistake. Customer reviews plays a huge role in deciding what to buy, i have let go off a lot of items because of no reviews. Please fix this or i might just go back to souq.

Finally after a long back and forth, noon.com fulfilled my order (astronomical sale 97% off on Galaxy note10). They sent me the phone on December 31st and i really appreciate how they handle my complaint (although they shouldn't let customer experience this type of experience at the first time)

As first time experience with noon, their delivery service, products definitely i highly recommend however the promotions (freebies) that they are advertising is a false one. I ordered perfume which in their website published as (worth AED 99.00 dirhams and above you will unlock and received a body mist for free). From my side i don't mind the freebies as long as i received the right product however, false advertisement can deceive your consumer and can lead to a bad reputation of your company. Lesson learned and advise from the consumers: Kindly take a screenshot or video of their promotion as a proof that you are eligible for receiving any freebies prior purchase (Since you will not see any confirmation on the same once payment is done) Also one more thing: Regarding the customer service agent that i spoke with he addressed me (as a customer) Lady instead calling me by my name. Manners can be at least rectified in the company to address a customer by their own name.

I have purchased many electronic items from Noon. Amongst these were 3 laptops. The 1st one was a HP and something was loose inside. I returned it. The 2nd laptop was Dell and it arrived with loose screws and the back cover of the lid was pryed open. I returned it too. Finally the 3rd one arrived and it been working fine thus far. I also purchased an Xbox X from them which was advertised as being a Scorpio Edition model but when it arrived it was just the normal One X. Then I purchased a charge cable and battery for my Xbox controller. It was advertised as being an original Microsoft product but it was in fact a cheap fake Chinese copy. I bought a controller too and it looks like it might be a really good fake too. Their customer service department is very friendly and helpful but it is extremely irratating having to constantly return goods. I still buy non electronic items from them but I prefer going to stores like Lulus or Carrefour to buy electronics. I can rest assured that I am not being sold fake products when I shop at those stores. I am so tempted to buy some electronic gifts for my family from Noon because their prices are quite good but I'd rather pay extra at brick and morter stores and get genuine products.

So far till now its good. Some items has confusing prices. I wanna ask about Callmate company and its phone are they genuine. I am going to purchase samsung note 10 plus If its genuine then I will purchase coz its show a little lesser price as compare to others . I want the answer from noon

This is warn the people who are trying to buy a hot deal in noon.com I bought a apple 8 from noon.com and i took it as a gift for my family but when we start to set up the phone after all the steps we got the message that mobile has a remote management by some company in Australia and needs username and password. I brought the iPhone back to dubai which made me so embarrassed in front of my family and took it back to Dubai . When i called the noon.com they asked me to go to apple store to get IMEI to reset the mobile and i did visit the apple store in Dubai but the refused and informed me that these mobiles are bought for company purposes and is managed by them . I don't know how noon.com selling these kind of phones online as a great deal. Please be careful if you buy a iPhone and electronic items from this online shopping. They are not trusted and you have to flight for the refund.

Too many bad reviews. I've ordered twice from noon and the product came as expected and delivered at my work place. But I'm scared with the bad experiences of people here. I'll still give them a try and see for myself but wouldn't hesitate to dumb them if they default.

almost items good only dilevery guys most of them have bad attitudes Yesterday i Recieved one delivery he start to to telling me at 5pm that he will come in 10m but when i sleep already then he come 11pm distrb my sleep because he threatened me if you will not take item now i will cancelled your order..
