The items are missing and I paid full because the noon app showing to pay the full amount but the receipt is only less than the amount

the platform is full of misleading fake products that cannot be returned or exchanged. and if you post a negative review about a fake product it will never be listed.

07-08-2021 today deliver items samsung buds pro cover. item price 25aed then cod charge, shipment charge round 55aed spend. What i get it just transparent cover that it. their is no hook for hanging your buds.😂 ok then chat with live support chat, there tell me see the photo their is no photo of hook so seller not give you. there is big problem, see the product when check review only just showing 4star (review by 900people) its a scam. if there option available for review i write my review their not give hook... my order number NAED80010530337-S1

As a VIP member, there are many things that keeps me away from noon, or try to avoid them as much as possible: -Untrained customer service: they barely speak to you as a human being, it is like they have been taught a certain dialogue to repeat over and over. and most of the time the issue wont be resolved. -Express items: Vey few items are considered as express, sometimes you wont find any, not sure why to sign up for a VIP customer. -Return policy: Most items, if not all, are not returnable in case of any defects. So don't bother with their customer service, you will get a headache. -Prices: Crazy hiked prices. Same items can be found elsewhere with a one third of its price. Conclusion, I don't feel very comfortable placing any orders with them, it stresses me out. I hope noon would over come their gaps. The current situation is not favorable to noon.

For the 3rd time, I buy items on noon.com and what I receive is more like a Xmas surprise box - never matching the picture in the listing not even by 10% !!!! I have no idea why do I keep giving this nonsense website chances. There is clearly no control of who sells on the platform. Gave noon customer service a call yesterday and said that noon.com is very much compromising their credibility and reputation by allowing dodgy sellers to sell on the platform. I doubt anything will be done about it though, as I have been experiencing this disgusting purchasing returning as item is not as described ever since last year.

I'm really not impressed, i ordered an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses that i need for work, its extremely important and when it arrived it was a complete different type of sunglasses that wasn't even the same price when i checked how much it costs. Now i see that the item i ordered is unavailable ... I'm thinking to myself now how long is this issue gonna take to be resolved ???? I really am disappointed in noon. Please resolve this issue immediately! This is unacceptable

I have been using Noon for more than 4 or 5 months now, but the do deliver my stuff's on time but the last order I made the deliver to me was fake and now I want to make another order from them but am scared is not ganna be original...

Hi, I would not recommend using them to order a mobile phone as my last two iPhone ordered advertised new were refurbished. I have received no commercial gesture from their side...... They should be more careful and check the suppliers they are working with.

I had very good experience with noon in general. But I must give big dislike for not being able to write review about product. This is not giving confidence. They prefer to have product reviews powered by "Test Freaks" rater than they own customers. This is sending a bad message to customers. I personally have feeling that they don't want their customers to give opinion about product. Seller rating is possible but product it self, zero.

I ordered on-ear headphone from noon east, used several times for 2 weeks and I loved it but then the right speaker fell out without any force a small plastic piece broke and the right speaker fell. it was OK experience with Noon. I used other platforms also. Delay for 1-2 days are normal, especially in this pandemic. But today, i got a call at 10 PM that my items will be delivered within 1 hour. So i wait 1 hour after i gave them my location only to got another called informing me the driver will go now. So i wait and at 00.00 i called him and got rejected. And now here i am complaining about the rude attitude and unprofessional driver. Who the hell delivered in midnight??

They gave me 50Dhs as a compensation, where the shoes I ordered and the driver himself used to text me 30seconds before the delivery did not come on the specified timing. Moreover, the shoe I ordered is not available now and it was a gift. Unfortunately, could not give the gift and it felt bad. A really bad experience and I will ask the bloggers to state what happened with me so others can avoid that.

I ordered a Samsung Level U stereo Wireless Bluetooth In ear Headset and the product which noon delivered was damaged. I ordered that headphone for my sister who was their in Dubai was for few weeks and I trusted noon that they will deliver the quality product and what they delivered was the damaged product and this made my customer satisfaction 0 on the scale of 10, feels like I order something from the store which sells defective products with no warranty.
