They will cancel your order without any notification.. For which you have paid and will refund it back to noon wallet..I had three experiences.. I lodged a complaint after my first exp and again they did it twice to me..First class fraud.. Beware..!..They will smoothly fill their wallets with your money..No guarantee of delivery after successful order... !

I have recently ordered products from noon, I had a bad experience where the product is paid for but the supplier don't have the stock, why does noon advertise the product, they allow you to pay , then they tell u the product is not available. I have ordered another product and non has been processing this order for the last couple of days, the Noon WhatsApp is not very helpful as I still did not get feedback on this product

There is no reviews on the items Some items does not have enough description If the item tagged "express" still slow shipping speed Items from same order shipped individualy, l got like 9 shipments for one order No pickup service, only home delivery Some items after you order they inform you its out of stock and its still showing in their website with stock

I ordered yesterday the oneplus 7t Pro, because it was around 150dhs cheaper than amazon. I received it super fast, (in 15h). BUT the phone is on the Chinese ROM. Which means no google apps, all chinese apps etc. Now I realize the price difference and why they removed the reviews from all their products. I requested a refund and will buy a clean one from Amazon. I will update this review positively or negatively if they refund me or not.

Hi! I ordered for an I phone 7 plus and was wondering when I received it the box is not sealed and looks like second hand. When I tried to charge it it is blinking with the i phone logo only. How would this company would sell in the market such a damage product. My order number is NAEBA0068549686 I purchased Samsung A10s 2 pieces the Samsung is fine byt I phone is no seal and is not working. I purchased as a gift for my daughter and my flight is just 5 days away. They told me that I have only option to return and refund. It so disappointing. Reza

This is the second time i order from noon and again they are not accurate about the delivery timing. Guys, why would u propose the express service if u don’t effectively have it?! People order based on specific conditions and one of them which is major is the delivery timing, if u don’t respect the timing and the express service this is a huge problem u need to fix it. I cancelled my order due to the delay as i was expecting the express service, i went myself and got the item from the shop it was quicker!

Everything I ordered was great, great offers and products were as described. But, the delivery is sometimes good sometimes horrible. This time it was the latter. They were rude to my husband, who couldn't take the package for me. Luckily I was at home, but what would happen if I was at work? Besides, I didn't get any call confirming the timing. I'd suggest to call before delivery, at least.

I have placed many orders on noon.com , some are true and good items and others are not compatible to the description and photos. And the return procedure is a big headache. Just open a rating option for all sellers so it will be easy to choose the good seller based on the higher ratings even though the price is a little bit higher. Please take on Consideration my opinion so i will be happy to order from noon again and again.

I purchased Few Items recently from noon after seeing that they have free delivery. I used to Purchase from amazon.ae [souq], for a change now from noon. but the last item i received from noon was fake. Vitamin C Serum First purchased from Amazon it was good, so i purchased again from noon same price but free delivery. Yes they delivered item for free but the item was FAKE. once i saw the fake item contacted noon and they said they will take and refund me my cash. Hoping i will get my cash back soon. I ordered the Item back again from amazon.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with noon shopping: -some orders received damaged -continued delayed delivery (don't respect delivery date expectation) -cancellation of orders without explaining reasons. Will not shop here again and not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered 2 items last week ago , it is supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but today i received a msg from noon that my order has been delayed till unknown date !! Please Note:Noon-No need to come and write your excuses below bcz you have only same reply to all better stop this job .

They should write a book called how to destroy customer service based on Noon experience, first the delivery guy just show up without notice and if you are not home he just leave , they online payment conveniently stopped accepting credit card or Apple Pay just to charge you for cash on delivery and even after all that your product comes damaged like they are researching how to screw up with their customers and getting an A for it

Order placed on 26 NSAAB00536612 like this 4 orders out of which after much delay received one order from supplier Markat4U . Product quality poor. Looks end of product life cycle item sold . Other ordered items never reached Got SMS for delivery and was asked to contact agent, the agent never reached and I had automated message either to cancel or reschedule For a respected brand like NOON we expect better service and last mile monitoring

4 orders so far... Of those 4 they have delivered the wrong product by mistake once while the other was delayed for 4 business days. They seem to have no customer support line either but they are ok..

I have very Bad experiance with them on first deal , honstely they are worst than all other online marketing web's.the first order they send defective headphone and i call them after receiving the ordet 15 minutes to take back. 5 working days waitting fir replacement . But send to mail says your item we retuned and your money will deposit into my account noon , what is the next. They advise to use the money for another order or your money will get refund but i will lose the delivery charges. So i decided to take another item & after i paid for it they call me after 5 days, and said your order is cancelled !!!??? . Im totally surprised Why cancelled?!. Because the item is not available to secure from other local supplier. Now im suffering to get back my money. They kept on sending me new requirments to refund ny money. niw I have to wait 30days more!!!????.
