I usually enjoy using Noon and I'm happy with the discounts, product variety, and overall service they offer. However, I had a very disappointing experience recently with Noon Food that I feel needs to be addressed. I accidentally placed a food order to the wrong location and immediately tried to find an option to change the delivery address but there was no option available. The only choice I had was to cancel the order. When I did, there was no warning or message mentioning that the payment would not be refunded. A few minutes later, I received a message saying the money wouldn’t be refunded. I quickly contacted customer service, explained the situation, and requested either a refund or for the food to still be delivered and left at the door. Unfortunately, both were refused. I found this extremely disappointing for a service like Noon to be so inflexible and unsupportive when the issue was reported within minutes. While I'm happy with Noon’s discounts and other services, I believe this particular policy related to Noon Food really needs to be reviewed and improved. Mistakes can happen, and it’s important for customer-focused platforms to handle such genuine cases with a little more understanding and flexibility.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I had the worst experience ever with Noon, and I feel completely let down. I had to deal with two customer service executives, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Gazer, and unfortunately, neither of them handled the situation professionally. Rather than helping me, they made the issue even more frustrating. I cancelled my order within seconds of placing it, and shockingly, I was told that I would neither get a refund nor have the order placed or delivered. This is completely unacceptable. How can a company take money for an order that was cancelled immediately and then refuse both delivery and a refund? The way the customer service team handled my issue was extremely poor – lacking empathy, responsibility, and any effort to resolve the problem. I felt helpless and ignored throughout the interaction. This entire experience has made me lose trust in Noon, and I will definitely not recommend this platform to anyone. Customer satisfaction clearly means nothing here. Very, very bad service.

Title: Very Disappointed — Partners, Be Careful! Review: I am extremely disappointed with Noon and want to share my experience to warn others. I have been working as a partner with Noon, and for over five months, I have been waiting for my payment. Despite many follow-ups, emails, and requests, I have still not received the money that is rightfully owed to me. What’s even worse is that Noon takes very high charges and commissions, which leave almost no profit for the partner. The lack of support, the delays, the poor communication — all of this has made my experience with Noon very frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend anyone to work as a partner with Noon. They do not deliver on their promises, and you risk losing your time, energy, and money. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve, but for now, I strongly advise others to be careful.

I purchased a mobile phone but I was instructed to cancel it and make another order as their system is lagging & the agent confirmed that the money will be refunded instantly but it was a huge lie because they are holding my money and they keep blaming my bank for the delay!!

I recently ordered a Smeg kettle from Noon at a promotional price of 649 AED. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory: • Address Verification Issues: Despite my address being verified on the Noon app, I was repeatedly informed it was incorrect. I updated it multiple times and even provided it via WhatsApp to the delivery driver, leading to unnecessary delays. • Delivery Delays: After the address issues, I was told that the delivery was delayed due to the Eid break. While I understand delays during holidays, the lack of proactive communication was disappointing. • Unauthorized Order Cancellation: Without my consent, my order was canceled. I explicitly communicated my desire to receive the product, not a refund. Despite chats with agents and multiple calls to the service center emphasizing this, my order was still canceled. • Refund Delays: I was informed that the refund process would take an additional five days. Given that the cancellation was not due to any fault on my part, I requested an immediate refund, which was denied. This delay is unacceptable. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Noon. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

worse customer support, the "live agent" is only all automated response and does not help at all, most of them don't even answer the questions properly. dont order gadgets with them because if you receive defective products, they dont care at all.

I ordered food and I sent the exact location for delivery agent . After 1hour 30 minutes they told they can’t deliver the food and cancelled the order. No refund . Poor customer service . Bad experience.0 star

Very bad experience i place the order as same default address which i always use but this time they have different mind set automatically change my address at delivery day driver call me from different location. After i change the address again they didn’t deliver on time still waiting.. so it’s very very bad experience

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a delivery app. I ordered food for suhoor because I was fasting the next day (first day of Ramadan), and after waiting for so long, I opened the app only to see that my order was marked as delivered — but no food ever arrived. The rider completely ignored my calls, and when I contacted Noon’s customer service, it was a total disaster. All I got were useless copy-paste replies telling me to “wait,” with no real help at all. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from management, and guess what? No one ever called me back. This is beyond unacceptable — not only did Noon waste my time, but they left me without suhoor on the night before my fast. It’s disgraceful, and the lack of accountability from both the rider and customer service is shocking. This is not just bad service — this is complete negligence. Fix your system, train your staff properly, and start respecting your customers.

I ordered a 100 USD PlayStation Network gift card, which was supposed to be delivered instantly via SMS/WhatsApp as advertised. After waiting over 1.5 days, Noon sent me the wrong product (100 AED iTunes gift card)! They lie about their delivery times and their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one actually helps, and they just copy-paste the same useless responses instead of solving the issue.

I am ordered from Noon food app.I am in Sharjah.But the restaurant in Al Ain.I am not aware that the restaurant location only aware when the noon driver call me and they cannot deliver in Sharjah.When I contact the noon person and cancel my order they said they can refund only 50% of the amount.The issue was due to their app allowing the order to be placed despite the restaurant's location being outside the delivery zone.

Today I’m going to share my experience with noon warranty for a renewed iPhone 13 Pro I had purchased on 30 Aug 2024. Then exactly on 18 Nov 2024 suddenly it’s LCD became black without any reason. As it’s under warranty I requested for warranty claim. After lots of emails, phone calls and discussion they pick it up and after 2 weeks finally I received an email including a file that It says this phone is out of warranty!! because it’s damaged by water or accident that’s not true, What a shame! What a shame! then hey have asked 1200 aed for repairing LCD that even it’s more than market price! The only reason I bought this phone from noon was about warranty otherwise I could buy pre owned iphone from shops and even Dubizzle very cheaper. For recent 2 days I was calling noon warranty team and noon customer service many many times but unfortunately and “shame” that they don’t care, don’t respect and even hesitate a small apology… they clearly said if I can’t pay 1200 aed for repairing they return the device by 7 working days!!! I’m sure u understand that how I have lost all my data on this phone beside a big waste of money and time! Based on a little search on Google I found out many people have the same problem with noon warranty, So I think it's the time to teach them how to deal accurately with customers, Please help me with this case and let’s stop shopping from noon specially those products need to come with warranty, pls take it serious and Stand up against oppression and injustice just for a better and happier society because “Anyone deserves to smile”

Very pathetic experience with noon service for the matter of services. I ordered food on 10.11. 24 and it was cancelled by them and from that time onwards am asking for the refund and it's been 20 days and nothing happened. Without my permission from the app they deducted 25 drhms without any reasons..When we are not using at midnight 2:00 am how it is possible to deduct.. Each one drhms is valuable and we are struggling to earn something you guys are doing and this is a big deal... Really important and if you are not resolving this I will go for the next step for sure... At least please respect the value of money...

The most worst experience I have experienced in my life with any online shopping website or app. Everything is terrible nothing is good, even your money when you buy something in low price then when it becomes higher price they directly cancel your order without returning back to you. And when you make a complaint they insult you in a very disgusting racist way.
