The worst online shopping ever . Where is my iPhone ? Its been one month since I returned it . The call center say the same thing “the warranty team will call you within 24 hours “ ??? I’ve never had a call ! It is very annoying !!! Return my iPhone or refund !!!!!

They don't seem to value the ' express' option highlighted when you place an order. I have ordered an item (worth AED 2K) seeing next day delivery and no update even on the third day. Not surprised to see similar sentiments from the customers reviewing here.

Dear all, If you are earning haram than purchase from here if you are earning halal please don't place a single order with them they are most scammers & they will never refund you the amount I am waiting since 03 months & repeatedly I place more than 10 order each product has defect at all. The worst experience i ever had , I Placed an order on 23rd Sep '19. Today it's 29th Sep '19 - Still haven't received the ORDER and it has been scheduled to 5th of October, that mean 12 days to deliver. Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on this website due to poor delivery services. I Recommend to shop at Souq.com

Noon.Com Placed an order on 24th Sep '19. Today it's 29th Sep '19 - Still haven't received the ORDER???? Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on this website due to poor customer / delivery services. There are better sites for shopping.... Amazon.ae / souq.ae

Noon sold me used iphone. It says brand new sealed. But when I received the iphone and opened the box, charger adapter is used. Cable is class A Copy, then the unit is activated already. They will resealed the used phone and will sell as brand new. Im so shock that theres a company doing this to their customers. Beware of this company.

So many problems with my first order on noon.com. 1. They sent my order to a different city. 2. I had to cancel and re-do the order. 3. After waiting 6 days the delivery guy sends me a message on Whatsapp asking for my location. 4. Delivery guy says the address he recieved does not match the location I sent. 5. Says he will deliver my order last after completing other orders because apparently I sent the wrong address. EVEN THOUGH MY ADDRESS AND THE LOCATION I SENT ARE THE SAME.

I order a level u Pro from Noon and the day I received it have some white stains on it and when ever both magnet attached it make auto phone call or play music from sound cloud i use for IPhn. I requested for return and they refund in my Noon wallet instead of reverse into my bank a/c and agent said if you want refund into you bank a/c it will take 14 to 30 days which make me totally speechless what to say. And an other issue which i face i order 5 product and I received on 4 different days single item each day which totally headache and delivery guys call you while they are outside your bldg or appt saying if you not home then tomorrow i will come again which is totally unprofessional way to treat you customer. And i dn know why they nit deliver whole item together instead of single single product. I make an order for my Abudahi home 1st they pick wrong address then they auto delete that address and send me an email your order dispatch for Dubai then again I contacted them and let see when i get my order still looking to get those item to receive. Noon need alot of improvement for customer care Totally disappointed with services.

worst online shopping experience ever, I can not believe this company established by Mr. Al Abbar with such standards but some thing is wrong with managing the company. I ordered mobile with stock available but delivery was mentioned 10 days (i got similar order from Amazon in 1 day??????) money is paid 2 hours later I get message my order is cancelled no further explanation even when calling customer service there was no answer why but now they will keep my money for the next 7-15 days. no wonder why your rating is very low !!!

Some thing suspicious happens with them. I have ordered some items which showed like some amazing price like half the price. I have given it a trust saying it Noon. They charged my order in my credit card and marked item shipped in hours. I waited 3 days and then contacted them why it has not been delivered yet. They said items has been returned and refund is made in noon credits. But they have charged my credit card for payment. Smell some money laundering behind. Your order is not guaranteed and your may end up paying the bank because it take up to 30 days to credit your credit card if you need that .

I bought twice the same item and each time I received the wrong item and had to return it. They don't have an exchange policy so it's very difficult to work with them. They refuse to refund to your credit card. They would only do it if you call again after receiving your refund on the noon account. I asked twice to raise a complaint and their sales support didn't raise a complaint. Worst online experience in all of Dubai. Never again.

Absolutely horrendous service. My order had a next day delivery, but two days later, I'm still waiting. The call centre is a joke. "We'll get back to you in 24hrs." Does anyone else see how stupid that "help" is for something that needs to be delivered on the same day? Will never buy from here again.

I have been applying for a warranty claim of the phone I purchase 20 days ago... they ask for a lot of requirements including photos of the items in different angle which I fulfilled and then just today one agent told me that they close my application for warranty...so I told them to reopen it.. and expecting a call today “Again” it’s like I’m back to zero!!! They said it’s hassle free???? Really??? It is very frustrating...

THE WORST E-COMMERCE WEBSITE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! I ordered a hard drive with EXPRESS DELIVERY that was supposed to be delivered the second day it has been 3 weeks and till today it is not delivered and when I follow up with their support team guess what the excuse (OH APPARENTLY GOT LOST and NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS IT!!!!) How come this happens I have no clue, they have the worst Supply chain and logistics system if they can't even track their own items that go out for delivery. And today they called me saying that we are calling regarding "your lost item" that apparently CAN'T be found if we can cancel your order and place a new order, NO I will not place a new order GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT TO NOON CREDIT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU!!! That's one, the second and third items that were in my order basket got delivered after 10 days and guess what wrong order and wrong sizes of the wrest watch band although I did request a specific order with a specific size and one of them was delivered to me OPENED and dirty like it has been returned by someone else and they just gave it to the next person who ordered,, OFC I returned them back and they added the amounts in my Noon Credit,, all I need now is this amounts to be back to my bank account ASAP. You guys are the worst in the market, no need to try to expand abroad your chances are 0 to survive, you need to get classes first in Customer service and customer satisfaction!!! Mohamed Alabbar, Hope you take notes of the bad service at Noon.

The item purchased is not doing as advertised. Option to return the item and received noon credit is a bad joke. As any customer I would like to receive an item exactly as described in offer. Now I have an useless item from noon. No chance to recommend noon to any of my friends. For info Order ID NAEB90073064482, item Wireless ELM327 OBD2 Auto Car Scanner Adapter. Not working with IOS as advertised.
