“I was never a big tech guy and tbh I never really cared for VPNs, but recently I moved away and could no longer get my local shows online. I turned to Nord since they were on the top of my head from all the endless mentions I see online. And WOW I was actually surprized how easy setting it all up was! I purchased one of the plans they had on discount and went directly to support for help to set it up for streaming. Instead of a BOT like in most places, they had an actual agent show up just a few seconds after coming to the chat. It compeltely shocked me, but in a good way. He immediately knew what to do to help. It took me maybe twenty minutes to go from 0 knowledge to fully set up and watching what I want. Absolutely fantastic work from their team and the product!!!”

“Customer service was great. I made some mistakes and so I used the chat feature. My representative (Edgar) responded very promptly and assisted me with not only correcting my mistake but also making sure that everything was as it needed to be for my circumstances. I really appreciate the speed of the responses as well, typically chat support is time-consuming and takes a long time, but this completely changed my mind.
