“Can you make it possible for us to download our own invoices on the management portal without having to email support to request an invoice.”

“For some reason, Nord don't provide access to receipts or invoices for payments made. Not even for teams of business people. I don't know if Nord know this, but having document like receipts are necessary for businesses to keep records, especially for financial matters like audits. If you can just change that part of your company, I think you could qualify yourself as a 21st century technology. Until then, Nord is about as advanced as Yahoo.”
