“Hello, I'm rather pleased with the support of Nord VPN, the reaction to chat or mail, is always prompt. There was a case of no or late payment from our side, therefore the service was stopped, as a customer I would have like an upfront message on this.”

“I had an issue with the purchasing of licenses. I contacted them through chat and within a few minutes we were able to fix the issue. Great customer service! Which is important today, because it is very often I will need to contact a company's twitter account, just to get anywhere with an issue. Highly recommend.”

“We were looking for an easy way to securely connect our remote workforce to our infrastructure. This is it. Awesomely quick, friendly and efficient support. Got us up and running in no time. There is no UI on Linux (console only), but that doesn't bother me.”

“Application is very easy to use. Help chat is very helpful, and fast response. Security function around admin panel could be a bit more strengthen. (For example, the function to monitor the activities of general users (no. of devices installed, their security level), and the security function of administrator itself.)”

“The service has been good. Pricier than trying to set up something yourself of course, but we went with NordVPN teams because we wanted support. Today we got it- we talked to chat support, they responded immediately, and fixed our issue right away. Very happy with the level of support.”
