I'd an issue with billing, which was my own fault, but Darren (the support rep) simply helped to resolve the issue very quickly and politely. I asked some more detailed questions about the issue for my own understanding in the future and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. It was a really quick, simple and pleasant experience overall.
