It's made me happy but disappointed with the temperature of the water it's not hot enough for me.

The engineer was meant to come Monday/Tuesday but they came Tuesday before the afternoon and they decided they will come wedesnday and Thursday. They came and they did it quickly and well

They were ok with the appointments always on time and the right dates the people who were always friendly and had all the information. When they for the boiler fitting they rang only a couple before and told us the date but didn't ask if it was convenient, I think the office needs a brush up!

Very polite, clean and efficient workers from the sales manager, Kash, to the engineer, Adam. Great advice given, a competitive price for Vaillant. Really pleased with the service given from both of them and would be happy to recommend them personnel. They are an asset to the company.

my issue with northern gas heating is now resolved. i am happy with the service i have received and this company has shown me that they do listen and care for their customers. new boiler works like a dream now . and the follow up service we received is amazing. at last a company that does really care. would i recommend northern gas heating? yes i would

Slow to start but got my boiler in the end the fitter was great did all the work required and sorted out the pipe nightmare to ensure a tidy finish.

It was only the brilliant boiler fitters that prompted me to give a good star rating. Our fitting date was cancelled twice, once on the actual day that the boiler should have been fitted, which was very disappointing to say the least.

Personal contact was a bit of an issue with one of your staff prior to installation, but that was resolved. I am still waiting for a refund from you for £174 due to the extra flue not being required. Maybe the chap who rang to ask me to complete a satisfaction survey can call me back like I asked him to. Despite the above I am very happy with Northern Gas, the product and the cost, l look forward to the refund. Please contact me if you feel the need to.

Had really good service overall. The installers were great. They cleaned up after themselves and even offered to take the fireplace out on a later date to suit me. Would definitely recommend. Service was really good

The instalation of our new boiler went well-the 2 guys worked hard. We are very pleased with the boiler and the new shower which they installed. We did have a slight leak in a pipe under the utility sink which they came back promptly to deal with. It appears it was caused by increased pressure on a pipe they had not worked on. This was repaired and we are now enjoying a reliable Vailiant boiler and a very nice shower. Many thanks

A bit u happy with the install of my boiler and thermostat the installer put the thermostat on the wrong radiator so one has a broken one still on it and my bed room rad has two on it still waiting on a return visit to correct the problem
