“The initial process was not great at all. I was told I qualify. To then be told, there is no funding. The time scale took much longer than what I was told. For weeks I heard nothing from the team as to when it will be booked in with an engineer. I was told it was booked for a day. Only to be told on the end of the first day, that this will take two days. I wasn’t able to get cover at work so had to still go to work with the property unattended by me or my family. If I knew this before, I could have booked the day off. Anyway, the work done by the engineers was fantastic. Their customer service was brilliant. They completed the job very professional and kept everything very clean. So when the job actually started. I am very happy with the work completed.”

“Man who took order very thorough and knowledgeable, work booked for several weeks later. Workmen okay but left loft room in a state and left my husband to fit the pipe outside for the boiler as it was the coldest week of the year and they couldn't do it! Also have not had an official receipt for the cash paid upon completion of several thousand pounds!”

“Northern gas are not very good at communication and the person you need to speak is never in the office. The fitter that came was excellent when he eventually turned up but he was only late the 1st two days because northern gas didn't bothered ordering the boiler or the flue kit at the local supplier and the fitter had to chase around the country going to different stores.”

“Dissapointed the boiler takes up to 8 second to start after the hot tap is first turned on which equates to 2 litres of wasted water every time. The safety engineer stated two item's needed attention one of which is concerning as there is a taped up electrical wire tucked into the back of the boiler itself. GAS AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX. We are still waiting for this serious situation to be rectified. NOT impressed .”

“Boiler fitted fine only thing i found was next ?ay tried do some washing washing machine was not working got some one out it appears that washing machine elec lead had been streched some one was rough while pulling out machine so was not pleased costing me more monies on top of the charge for boiler part from that every thing else went well”
