“The fellas who fitted the boiler were decent fellas. We were speaking about football etc. They did a good job. A radiator leaked dirty water on the floor but I just grabbed a bucket and helped. The only downside is noticing a nob off the cooker was missing. They plugged their radio into the wall socket where the wall switch is for the cookerso they had defiantly been in the. I’m not having a go at the engineers as mistakes happen but I would like this item replaced.”

“New system installed and old system removed only issue took 3 days not max 1.5 days to complete and had to clean up brick dust debris outside the house - Currently waiting for post-installation inspection - was supposed to be Friday afternoon waiting update? Also concern around agreed system service schedule as confirmed in contract doc signed pre-installation - wait review of doc and confirmation?”

“After being messed about over a period of a few months. Northern gas heating did finally sort everything out. The installation guys are fantastic! Joe boughon worked extremely hard on both occasions to sort everything out. He is a credit to your company ,and should be well looked after. Thanks northern gas for sorting it out.”

“Had a new gas boiler fitted in June last year. Had a few problems with controls for heating. I have spoken to Cindy and then a few days later to Steven who helped me get my heating back on. How helpful they both were in getting me back up and running. Those two are a gods blessing”

“They kept us Informed on when the installation of the boiler would be fitted and we're very prompt two engineers came and fitted the new boiler and explained how it all worked they had it all up and running in a day and took away the old boiler”

“Pleased to get central heating fitted,but we were promised a new grill to replace the mangled one,plus when the fitters came back to this area they would call in with new grill and put a piece of wood over the hole in the ceiling where they took the boiler out !!we are both disabled ,so can't get into loft to cover the hole !!!!”

“Boiler installation went well fitter very friendly cleared up all his mess. He explained all the operations in easy to understand language. Only problem we had was the wrong thermostat was supplied”

“the work carried out was good but I have a complaint and that is that the waste was not taken away, he said that it would away in the next couple of days. it was still there when a chap came to check that the boiler was ok. I complained to him and he said that some one would come and take it away no one has been”

“They came on the day that was arranged and installed it quickly and efficiently. There was no mess and Scott and Brendon was really nice and helpfull. The only downfall was had to wait a week for the shower to be fitted.”
