It took over 2 weeks to deliver 2 of the 3 bags of dog fòod I ordered. It has now been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen the third bag.

Still is now 13/06/2023 and I am still waiting for my order from 24/04/2023. Was told there was a delay on 03/04/2023. Advised that my order was waiting to be collected by the courier on 05/05/2023 and that the courier would advise me directly when it would be delivered. I am still waiting for advice on delivery. I hope you are enjoying my money! I have nothing to show for it. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE

Disgusting company to deal with. I ordered frozen dog food to the value of £49. I emailed them to say I hadn’t recieved my order. They replied saying my order was being shipped that day but no tracking number was given. That was a week ago and despite numerous emails to them which they have ignored I still havnt recieved my goods and I’m £49 out of pocket. dO not buy from this company!!!

I am still waiting for my delivery from Not in the Dog House. My payment was taken immediately on placing my order about a month ago and I was told delivery was in a few days. I have since had an email saying delivery is delayed but nothing until earlier this week when I was again told the order was awaiting dispatch. Nothing since then. Incredibly poor service and communication.

Absolutely Terrible, worst ever experience with online purchase. promised my refund still no refund, still no dog food despite automated messages to say on way despite it being cancelled. I want my money back now. This is Diabolical customer care and cannot speak directly appalling customer care. I have escalated this with bank now.

I am still waiting for refund from 15th April as did not receive order l have been sending messages to you for several weeks including 4 in the past 2 days with no reply ? Absolutely would not recommend to anyone Can you please sort out refund in bank today

This company is worth 0 stars if you want to know why Just go on not in the dog house are in the dog house profile on Facebook absolutly a disgrace avoid at all cost.

Don’t use them . My order was placed on 7/4/23 still waiting on 12/5/23 . They won’t answer their phone . They won’t cancel the order and not delivered either . I now have to contact credit card company to arrange a chargeback . Poor dog I had to source his food elsewhere . Easily the worst experience ever . Only have one star because it wouldn’t allow 0

I would give 0 stars if I could. I never received my order - £60 worth of goods. My request for a refund was accepted and should have happened in 3 to 5 days. I am still waiting.

I ordered dog food 2 weeks ago and have still not received it - very disappointing- tried emailing to ask when it will be delivered and keep getting same automated reply - will be with you shortly - tried contacting by phone - no answer 😡

Unfortunately not had a good experience waited for a month for it to be Disbatched connected you by email , and response was I should receive tracking info soon. No explanation why it’s taken so long and still not received my order

It took 2 weeks to arrive and when I repeatedly asked for information, I was fobbed off and then I was ignored. As this is food for my pet I think 2 weeks is way too long and I need to be informed of any problems or delays. If I was told how long it would take I would have been prepared when in fact I had to put my dog on another food that has not agreed with her. I will not be using this company again and I would caution anybody else.
