I don’t recommend and won’t order again. Ordered couple of things 29 of April. 5th of may received message that the parcel is on its way. No tracking number. It seemed a bit long so I chased, unfortunately haven’t heard back.

Ordered on 30th April and still waiting for the product to be delivered, would not recommend dealing with this company if you want a speedy delivery. Can't comment on the quality of the products as they haven't arrived yet!

We ordered from this company and we got an email confirmation to say that it would take between 3-5 business days bearing in mind we have two bank holidays in between. I received no further email until I had to chase 2 weeks later and then I received an email saying that they will chase the warehouse and then it was finally shipped to us, but I believe that if I hadn’t of chased this up then we wouldn’t have received the order at all. I have reviewed all trust pilots reviews which are shocking so I really thought I’d lost my money but I think I may have been one of the lucky ones. I wouldn’t order again from this site but hopefully they will improve their services

Dreadful experience. Placed an order 20th April and still waiting. Emails have been sent and it is always on its way. Money was taken out of bank. I continue to chase my order and it is now 13 May 2023.

Didn't receive my parcel within the time frame specified. I asked for an update I.e. tracking details, which courier the package was with and status update. None of this was provided. After continued follow up with limited to no response, I have requested a refund. They did respond ASAP to confirm receipt of email and that a refund will be processed within 5-10 days. Hopefully I receive this on time. For me the real lack of clarity around the delivery, by being unreliable and not having tracking details it makes it really hard to plan out your dogs food. Really disappointed as I like to support small business' where I can. After reading the reviews, with many aligning to my own experience. I will not purchase from here again.

Order never arrived, and I am yet to receive correspondence regarding this order. I am out of pocket and feeling really disappointed. Poor show.

If I could give it a no star I would. After weeks of asking for a refund we had to go through the charge back with the bank as never received the goods and the refund was never going to happen. Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting after two and a half weeks for a delivery!!!!! Now that’s 3 weeks for delivery! Numerous messages left in answer phone! No reply’s. Numerous e mails sent and all you get in return is automated reply’s! Terrible customer service !

Awful… dog food still not arrived over two weeks after ordering. Have requested a refund. No one has replied to my messages. Whole experience truly awful. Would never order from this company again

DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY I Ordered a dog bed in January, had emails saying despatched, emailed numerous times still haven’t received my order, have asked for a refund but haven’t had that either. They don’t answer the phone or respond after the first couple of emails

I ordered two beds , only 1 arrived . I have returned the one bed as too small for my dogs and have requested full refund of both beds .

We ordered dog food on the on the first of may.We have received an e mail confirmation of the order.on the 1st may and the on the 4th may after we sent an e mail wondering when it would be delivered and was told the order has been dispatched we are still waiting for it .On the 11 we were told it would be chased up.Still waiting for it .We allowed enough time so as we wouldn't run out of food ,let's hope we get before our dog goes hungry.

Still not received either dog food or refund I requested on 12th April. Can’t phone email response always the same. Refund has been actioned worst company I have ever dealt with
