“Ordered and paid for frozen dog food. Nothing arrived and unable to contact, site is not working and email of no use. Requested return of my money and have now reported to Action Fraud as I cannot as an 80+ year old cannot afford this and Knaresborough is not down the road so that I can hammer on the door!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! After placing an order for dog feed approx £100 spent, I have yet to receive the goods. I have emailed Amy several times to be told my Tracking details would be sent-never received. I have asked for a refund several times - no further replies have been received. This company is a scam”

“They take your money,initially respond to your request for updates on delivery, don’t deliver your product, and then don’t respond or refund the money paid to them .Eventually failing to answer any emails,absolutely fraudulent company with no morals”

“Second time I am receiving an email asking me to review a product I have returned over a month ago and still haven't received a refund from Not in the Dog House. Have sent several emails to no avail. No number to call. Will never buy from this company again and wouldn't recommend them. Avoid giving this company your business. They simply don't deserve it.”

“The coat was far too big for my dog although the quality and style was very good. I had to pay £5.00 to send it back for a refund which I still haven’t received! I had a similar problem with a dog coat from Amazon but they refunded me straight away and didn’t charge for a refund!”

“Very Disappointing Customer Service! Ordered 3X15kg bags of dry dog food and only received 2 bags. Sent numerous messages to Will and Amy at Not In The Dog House requesting a Resolution or Refund but they are not responding to my messages; over 1 month has passed! I do not recommend using Not In The Dog House!”

“"Not in the Dog House" keeps sending me emails asking for reviews and I keep replying stating the service is terrible and I am still waiting on the 1kg of venison sticks I ordered. To datehave had no contact from them or has my order been fulfilled. There is no contact number to call so everything is done by email which is getting me nowwhere. Please just send me my o/s part order and we can then move on.”
