Received 2 packs of food instead of 3, contacted their customer care a few times they just ignore

We purchased 15 rolls of webbox dog meat and only received 11, I contacted them and never heard back, we bought quite a few packets of treats also,it's a shame as it was going to be a regular order but unfortunately it won't be now

Unfortunately not a good experience. Never received my order had to write several emails. No reply to telephone. Had to get my bank involved to try and get a refund.

I returned item due to incorrect size being sent. I have received no acknowledgment that my return and refund has been processed even though it was shown to be delivered by Rotal Mail on 18/10/23. I wanted to support a small business but the customer service is poor.

I contacted your customer service several times after receiving my order after 3weeks which was partially missing. You never posted my the shampoo I ordered and you sent me small dog warmer tablet instead of medium. It’s a bad customer service experience in my experience. There is no phone number on your website.

I am astounded that you have the nerve to ask for a review. Having initially told me my goods were on the way, the courier said they had not received the parcel, emails then went unanswered. I asked for my money back and eventually had to resort to going through Mastercard to get my refund. Trust pilot is full of similar experiences with your business. I would avoid any further contact with your business.

I sent the item back but never received a refund as it was too big I have emailed a few times but the last email did not receive a response. Extremely poor service and still no sign of the refund

I will never order again this was supposed to be delivered in 5 working days i waited 4 weeks very poor service i had to phone many times to ask where my order was I had to buy other food to feed my dog which upset her stomache

Terrible. Not sent me half my order, when chasing to see when i would receive the rest of my order. I was either ignored or told it would be with me shortly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Order #138182 Order dog food on 29th August costing £71.60, it mever arrived. Very difficult to contact the company, eventually got a email on two occasions offering me a refund. It never happened. A scam company that should not exist. Have also put a review on Trustpilot and Watchdog. The reviews on Trustpilot are the same on this site,and many other sites. It also seems that the online site has disappeared, apparently for maintenance. PAY BACK WHAT YOU OWE US YOU ROBBERS!!

Dreadful company....do not deal with them!! Taken money twice out of my account and won't refund it. Goods never received, says there is a delay ....that was in August. Still no goods received and no one bothers to answer email. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered dog food it never came so after 10 days ask for a refund i was told 5-10 days its now 15 days no refund and no reply to emails the worst company I've ever dealt with

I ordered dog food on 15th September 2023. I then received a "sorry there's a delay in your order" email on 22nd September. Having still not received the goods by 27th September, I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded the £51.80. I received an email from "Tom" with the standard/automated response that my order had been cancelled and refund would take place in 5-10 days time. This never happened, where I have sent a number of reminder emails asking for my refund, where I simply receive the same automated response. At the time of writing it is now 26th October! Given this disgusting level of service, I have subsequently carried out some research to find that I am clearly not alone. Having to give this company 1 star to write this review is an outrage and I can only hope that mine (and everyone else's) review can prevent others from being ripped off by this morally corrupt company.

Terrible service . Ordered a bag of dog food 5 days later still nothing , I emailed to ask for an update had a reply saying sorry I’ll make sure it’s dispatched today ! 7 days later still nothing so I emailed again with no response. I then emailed a day later asking for a refund nothing ! So I emailed informing them they had broken their contract and under consumer protection if I didn’t receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of my request I would go to the courts to complain. I received my refund 3 days later .
