“Ordered dog food 20th September 2023.To allow 5 working days for delivery. That came and went. Sent email. Got a reply that the order would be 'chased up' and sent out.Nothing has been delivered. No replies to further emails. Have requested a refund by the end of this week. Total scam.”

“Ordered dog food on4 September. Never arrived. Complained and finally received a confirmation that a refund would be processed within 5-10 working days. 11 days after that 'promise' - still no refund (or dog food). This has all the hallmarks of a very convincing online scam arrangement. AVOID!!”

“Made an order of £73. It was my first order. The delivery never arrived. I complained twice (by email, they don't have a phone number!) and got the same automated email both times saying order was marked as dispatched. Asked for a refund, got an email saying it would be issued. Waited 10 days and complained that I didn't receive it. Haven't heard back. Their SM accounts seem to have been abandoned. I suspect they went under but are still taking orders!”

“I ordered from this company over a month ago now, still no delivery!! They don’t answer emails there is no point of contact They are obviously a company that scam people out of money So I shall now take this further But people please don’t buy from these”

“Ordered dry dog food on Sept 7th sent 14 emails all automated response last one was Amy apologizing that I hadn't received and she would make sure with the warehouse it got despatched still waiting wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered from them disgusted with the service can't talk to a human as there's no phone number to be found never order from these again”

“After two weeks of waiting for the items to arrive, I contacted the company who assured me it had been dispatched days went by. I still haven’t received it. I contacted them again who assured me on that day it had been dispatched so I claimed the money back through my bank, I didn’t receive the items which I do not want, as I replaced them using a more reputable and reliable company, I have since been asking for a returns label to return the items to them, but as yet they have not responded that was well over a week ago. They are a waste of time save your money, don’t bother, they need to go in the doghouse.”

“Half of my order never arrived and I've sent loads of emails asking for an update but have been ignored. I've sent over 10 emails and only had one email back, which didn't offer any resolution, it just said the missing items were still in the system waiting to be dispatched ... a month after I ordered. Not impressed at all.”

“Absolutely disgraceful lack of communication. Waited 5 weeks for a delivery, no tracking provided and then requested a refund, despite placating emails they have still not refunded my money. In my view they are trading dishonestly, knowing that they cannot fulfil orders and keeping customers money. Surely this is fraud !!!!”
