“I haven't received any goods even though they again said was going to be dispatched and a tracker number would be sent for which I am still waiting for. I am so fed up and just want my mo ey returned £45 or I will be contacting g Trading Standards”

“nothing has arrived despite me asking many times - placed my order on March 19th. Still no news of a refund after many months. I can only say do not do business with this company. You cannot speak to anyone and the emails are all generic an nothing happens. Very upset”

“Order was not sent out for some reason so after around 7-10 days made contact by email as couldn't get through on the phone. 8 attempts, they apologised by email, said they cancell the order and refund......so ordered from somewhere else...no refund from them but order was delivered 7 days later.....so ended up doubling up unnecessary Will not use again.”

“Absolute thieves! Paid for two sacks of horse balancer in December. One received a month later. Despite emails and telephone calls and registering a complaint with Resolver no response. DO NOT BUY Check out other reviews.”

“I received two dog beds which were not big enough for my dogs and were smaller in size to the measurement on the website, my dogs are medium size dogs and these were medium beds but too small. I wrote twice to customer services and left a telephone message. I got no reply so far and its been a couple of weeks, I think 3 now”

“Placed order on the 10/3/23 never recieved had to follow up with loads of messages eventually came when I was back at work at end of month had to arange for it to be picked up from my shed as it took so long to arrive”

“Very poor service will not be using again delivery still hasn't arrived they say there is a tracking number follow the link no tracking provided so not sure when i will receive my order Tried to speak to somebody but no answer sent an email just got an automated response Not happy”

“Ordered items two months ago was advised that order was out for delivery but never received it emailed company and they said they would resend it, I never received that either, tried to contact company again on several ocasions but did not respond by phone or email in the end had to rely on the credit card company to refund my payment, be warned!”

“Appalling customer service. With no answer to emails or Face Book Messages. Tried calling but the phone lines were not accepting calls. If you are unable to deal with customer queries employ more people or decrease the amount of items / stock you are selling until you are able to build the business up to cope.”
